Mat helped tremendously with getting an approval on our loan. All in all, the process was finished smoothly and we got a great deal on our brand new 2019 Kia Sportage. Service is Terrible. ROGER is horrendous!!!!!! My wife took her car there due to a loud noise while driving. The service guy roger gave her and I an EXTREEMLY difficult time. UNDER WARRANTY, he insisted on other items being fixed first, before he could address the issue. The car has been there over 2 weeks. Not one single phone call from him or other regarding the status of the car. She asked the girl in front to speak to the manager, she stated "He was not there at the time." TOTAL B.S.! He was there, she saw him walking around, but she did NOT know he was the manager. He then came out and pretended like he was concerned. THE worst case of customer service I have EVER seen. I expected much more concern for the needs of their customers. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!! LOVE the car, HATE the service. I Wish I could rate it a NEGATIVE 5. More

I own 7 cars from varying makes including Nissan, Mercedes, Ford and Mclaren. It was easier and more straight forward for me to purchase a $250,0000 Mclaren then a $25,000 Kia. This dealership practices dishonesty, false advertising and Bait & Switch. Kia corporate will receive a detailed account of my experience at this dealership. They should be made aware of how they have been represented by this dealership. Stay away! More

Couldn't be happier I BOUGHT MY SECOND NEW CAR FROM KYLE A FEW WEEKS AGO AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. IF I BUY ANYMORE IN THE FUTURE I WOULD DEFINITELY GO TO HIM AGAIN.. KYLE REALLY TAKES HIS TIME WITH YOU AND LISTENS WELL. HE'S NOT PUSHY AND WORKS GREAT WITH STAYING IN BUDGET.
