The last thing I would do is buy a car from Napleton’s Kia of Elmhurst I don’t know if all the napleton dealers are the same but this one is not good I caught them trying to screw me out of $1680 and I di Kia of Elmhurst I don’t know if all the napleton dealers are the same but this one is not good I caught them trying to screw me out of $1680 and I did not buy the car from them when I had two more papers to sign the car was mine I went to Bob Rohrman Or Schaumburg Kia same thing I got a better warranty and a remote starter for the same exact price the car I was buying at Napleton Remote starter and the warranty was not as good as the one I have now I have 10 years don’t have to worry about the miles and zero deductible so it was $1400 and 400 for the remote starter and that’s what I got at Kia in Schaumburg for the same price I was getting the car at Napleton Without the remote starter and without the better warranty I paid the same so beware have a nice day Napleton Kia is 3 miles from my house Schaumburg is 10 miles was worth the trip you’ll have a good day More

Bought the Stinger I was leasing but was shocked to learn of the extra money they wanted that was not listed in the lease agreement. It felt like a way for the dealership to get more money out of me. After speaking to Elizabeth Guzman, I drove 45 minutes from Chicago to purchase a Mini Cooper Clubman. The salesman showed up with a sheet of charges, including 995 (dealer fee), 1295 (Napleton Experienc from Chicago to purchase a Mini Cooper Clubman. The salesman showed up with a sheet of charges, including 995 (dealer fee), 1295 (Napleton Experience charge). He hold me the Napleton Experience Charge was optional. When I asked him to take it off, he spoke to his manager and then came back and said the manager was refusing to take it off. This silly charge includes free car washes and a oil change which I would in any case get in the city. He then asked me if I found a lower advertised price somewhere else. THESE GUYS AND THIS DEALERSHIP ARE CROOKS.. THEY CAT FISH TO BRING PEOPLE IN AND THEN SNEAK THESE RIDICULOUS AND POINTLESS FEES AT THE LAST MINUTE TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF THE CUSTOMER!! I was so disgusted by their behavior, I left without buying the car. I would never do this to my customer! They were unethical and lied repeatedly while sitting across from me. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Or be willing to be scammed by them once you get there. More
