I purchased my vehicle from Napleton Kia in Elmhurst in 2015 brand new. My engine started failing this year To clarify for everyone as of October 2020 my vehicle is with Kia because the engine was fai 2015 brand new. My engine started failing this year To clarify for everyone as of October 2020 my vehicle is with Kia because the engine was failing at about 77,000 miles even though I have 100,000 mile Warranty and a 10 year warranty as well. I’m still paying for the vehicle and Kia has denied my claim because my receipts didn’t have proof of mileage on them. We have tried to reach out to Kia several times they keep pushing our calls the way we are not getting a clear response and it’s been over a month since I’ve had a vehicle. They expect me to pay for my own rental now and I still have to pay for a vehicle that’s no longer in my possession it’s with them. I will never make the same mistake again to purchase from Kia because the lack of customer service has me in awe and even worse I wouldn’t have to depend on customer service if I could depend on quality of my vehicle. More

Your salesman engaged in fraudulent sales practices. You advertised a price on a Telluride and on own website and on CarGurus for several thousands below MSRP. Had to convince to honor that advertised price but then tried to convince us that we had to pay an additional $4900 because the vehicle was so popular - and all the dealerships are charging this amount - plus required us to pay for additional protection package for $1400. When we refused, he changed it to $899 administrative fee. Then changed for a third time to add $500 charge because the advertised price didn’t include rebate. Also told us that we could not get advertised financing rate - from your own website - because “that deal is not available on Tellurides.” Today, I noticed that the dealership changed the price on this car to the MSRP. It’s clear that this dealership did not want to sell us this car based on the advertised price. Worst car buying experience in my life. More

This place is a joke. There bait and switch kinda of dealer and these other so called reviews are really difficult to process.
