The worst dealership in the world. Lied about an oil change that was never performed go to their website you'll see my pics in the review. Then they drove my newly REBUILT ENGINE from Lied about an oil change that was never performed go to their website you'll see my pics in the review. Then they drove my newly REBUILT ENGINE from warranty off the lot with no oil plug, NO OIL IN THE ENGINE. They tried to make it sound like this wasn't a big deal and it couldn't possibly hurt the engine. That's just crazy talk, no one in their right mind would accept a car back after that. Disa you were something else to try and make it sound like nothing. Marcel you are just twofaced. Brian you are just a liar like Luis. They bought my car back, after they realized I had evidence. DECIETFUL Dealership. Stay away. Far away. You are better off anywhere else but here. I am serious this happened, I have all the reciepts texts you name it. More
We had a great experience at Elmurst working with Artem. He was friendly but not pushy. This was our first new car and we were afraid it was going to be a horrible process, but we actually enjoyed it. We He was friendly but not pushy. Disrespectful. Period. They literally make up stuff in hope that they are talking with an idiot. If you care what you drive. This isn’t the place for you. Period. They literally make up stuff in hope that they are talking with an idiot. If you care what you drive. This isn’t the place for you. More
Dealership lacks integrity from the sales associates to the Sales Manager named Mr Onest. Like other recent reviews the Ed Napleton Kia displays low prices on-line for their vehicles, but once you make a the Sales Manager named Mr Onest. Like other recent reviews the Ed Napleton Kia displays low prices on-line for their vehicles, but once you make an appointment and spend your time and energy coming in for a test drive and or to purchase a vehicle, the sales associate tells you there has been an inventory price adjustment. The adjustment just happens to be a $3,000 to $4,000 increase of the car you're attempting to buy. I believe this is called the old bait and switch tactic. This was exactly my experience. How often do you see a vehicle increase, on a Carfax instead of a price decrease ? If you do, check the dealership where that vehicle is being sold.. Don't be surprised If it's Ed Napelton Kia , For Ed Naplelton owners, sales managers and sales associates If you don't have the skill set, integrity, and professionalism to sell. cars hose, Please stop wasting people's vauable time and energy.with your shenanigans. I don't understand how this happens. 2017 car, on the website for $10,897. Adam Abdalla (salesperson) comes back and says the price on the car is $14k, "to cover the cost of the servic 2017 car, on the website for $10,897. Adam Abdalla (salesperson) comes back and says the price on the car is $14k, "to cover the cost of the service work we had to do to it." Nope. Sorry, customer doesn't pay for that. Now, comes back and says, "ok, how about $12K." Nope again. THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT SELL THE CAR AT THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE. Called and talked to one of the sales managers, "Jay." Ask for explanation why they won't sell the car at the advertised price. "I'll check into it and get back to you...." crickets. BUYER BEWARE here. This is nonsensical, unethical xx. Shop elsewhere. They will prey on the unwary. WALK AWAY. This seems like cause for legal action. I'd say they should be ashamed of themselves, but being car salespeople, I'm sure they never will. This is a classic example of why dealerships make people's skin crawl. They are slimy, dishonest, shameless, soul-less creeps. Adding insult to injury, the car came home with a headlight out. So much for their "inspection" (and charging extra $$ for "service" on the car). If they had an OUNCE of integrity, they'd send someone out to fix the dead headlamp. But, I'm pretty sure I know the answer... More
I'm convinced the 5 star reviews have to be new car purchases - it can't be that difficult to make a customer happy with a brand new purchase at MSRP. The used car sales at Napleton are another stor purchases - it can't be that difficult to make a customer happy with a brand new purchase at MSRP. The used car sales at Napleton are another story. If you like getting lied to continually and held at the dealership for about 6 hours, this is your place. The first deception came in the form of a voicemail from sales manager Jay, who called me about a car I had tested the night before. Jay was claiming they were having a "big special event sale" that day, and it would be a good day to explore a purchase. I called Jay back and said I would be interested in coming back if we could work out getting a third party inspection after the weekend; Jay said "no problem, we work with customers on that stuff all the time". So I came back. At the sales table, the lies kept coming. After I sat down to discuss price, Adam handed me a quote that added $2,000 right to the top of the advertised price (in addition to about $5,000 in add-ons). Adam told me the $2k was an inspection fee for used vehicles and that all Napleton dealerships add this fee. I called him out immediately because I bought a used car at napleton before, and they had no such fee. Okay... so he goes back to get a new quote. (Pretty sure the FTC sued Napleton for this practice of adding "required fees") The 2nd quote I got was for the list price with a $399 fee added for tints. I was told the tint fee was non-negotiable and could not be removed, and this was the lowest price. Full stop. Imagine my confusion when I see the asterisk on the quote that says "this fee is optional" right next to the tint fee. Lied straight to my face again. (See attached picture) This time, I asked to speak to Jay, so Adam brought him over. Jay proceeds to give me the Napleton sales pitch about how they only sell the best cars and do a thorough inspection, yattah yattah. Jay then says that Napleton doesn't add bogus fees to their cars, and the price customers see is the price they pay. My jaw nearly hit the desk at this comment, and I quickly reminded Jay that I was literally handed a quote with thousands of dollars in bogus fees just minutes ago. More lies. After some more sales pitching, I tried to simply negotiate on the list price of the car. We had reviewed the carfax with Adam, and it was clear the car needed some more maintenance done for the mileage. I reminded Jay about the voicemail he left me talking about his super special sale, so he took my credit card and a piece of paper with my offer on it, walked around the corner, wrote "NO" on the sheet, and then came back. When I asked about getting the car inspected by an outside party, he was extremely resistant despite what he told me on the phone just a couple of hours earlier. I ended up moving forward with the purchase because I wanted the car. However, the financing portion took about 4.5 hours, totally inexcusable. It turned out Adam didn't have the finance guy's phone number saved on his phone, so he just didn't answer his calls. I kept getting told it would be "another 15 minutes or so." For hours. Finally, we closed on the purchase. My license plates were misplaced, so it took another 15 minutes to get them put on. It was at this time I noticed the massive 3ft long gouge in the clear coat that wasn't noticeable before as the car exterior was dirty when I first viewed it. It was my fault for not noticing, but Adam assured me it would "buff out," which is ridiculous. This place has no problem serving you xx right to your face. The last insult to injury was the fact that the dealership advertises they will "buy your first tank of gas for you" on their website, and they didn't fill the tank. More
