We went in for recall work on our Kia Soul, and service staff were helpful and easy to work with, plus they washed our car. We decided to shop for an upgrade, and looked on Carfax. Worst sales experience ever! Jay kept handing me off to other sales people and none of them would help me purchase simply because I wasn’t in town. Big waist of time. I received 3 calls from 3 different sales people about the car I was interested in. I was told the car was still available but they wouldn’t negotiat I received 3 calls from 3 different sales people about the car I was interested in. I was told the car was still available but they wouldn’t negotiate or give me the price of the car over the phone. I needed to come in person. After being there for 45 minutes our salesman tells us the car is no longer available and is listed as sold. Also the GM was very nasty loud and aggressive when I asked him if he was the one I would negotiate the price of the car. He went off on me yelling at me that the price online is the price of the car and not to waist his time if I think they are going any lower. In the end no one ever told me the price of the car. More
