We walked into the dealership last night at 8:30pm traded our old car and left with a new. Sal and Zak were just amazing. Their professionalism, customer service and kindness were incredible. Big waist of time. I received 3 calls from 3 different sales people about the car I was interested in. I was told the car was still available but they wouldn’t negotiat I received 3 calls from 3 different sales people about the car I was interested in. I was told the car was still available but they wouldn’t negotiate or give me the price of the car over the phone. I needed to come in person. After being there for 45 minutes our salesman tells us the car is no longer available and is listed as sold. Also the GM was very nasty loud and aggressive when I asked him if he was the one I would negotiate the price of the car. He went off on me yelling at me that the price online is the price of the car and not to waist his time if I think they are going any lower. In the end no one ever told me the price of the car. More
Best dealership I have seen in 30 years. Buying car for me always was nightmare. Dealers try to make maximum profit and sometimes pressure to make deal. Couple times I was mead and walk out, speech frustrated me . This dealership was different. From street entrance to have take new car out, everything was so easy and professional. Those people from beginning give good deal which I can’t refuse and ask to have better. They give me really fear deal and explanation. I after that I said yes I will buy car. My deal and paperwork was quick done. For two hours completed all and drive out. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. There’s number one professional all employees and no pressure at all. I will again said Thanks Napleton dealer to make easy my life. More
Tried to buy a used 2018 TLX - listed on their website for ~20k. After I go to the dealership- they tried to sell me extended warranty ( for 4k) and after I refused they tried to add an inspection fee ( for ~20k. After I go to the dealership- they tried to sell me extended warranty ( for 4k) and after I refused they tried to add an inspection fee (2k)! Plus they won’t let you have the car inspected until you buy it- told me to bring a mechanic there instead! It’s a scam!!! Stay away! I thought it was a reputable dealership- I was wrong!!! More
Salesman started off polite and gracious on our new car purchase. As soon as it came time to write up the deal, he immediately started out $2K over the “Napleton’s Price” listed on the web site. He asked if we’d “meet him halfway”. When I told him “No, I just want it for the price you advertise it on your website”, he got especially nasty and snapped “If I get this approved, will you buy it?” Took three hours from start to finish, to pay the price they listed on the website, in cash. Not recommended. More

If this is truly what you standby than why is it I have been trying to call for the past 2 weeks and I can't seem to get anyone to assist me with my Kia Fuel Rebate Economy Reimbursement? The service department completed the paperwork back on 04/04/2024 and the "Warranty Administrator" (Karen) has yet to finish the paperwork and submit to Kia Fuel Economy Reimbursement. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks and all I get is bounced around to different extensions simply because who ever answers the call are not trained to answer a call or know who to escalate it to. Today some brave person finally answered the call however had absolutely no knowledge of the "Kia Fuel Economy Reimbursement Program" so once again I hung up hopeless and without an answer as to why the paperwork has for the Kia Fuel Reimbursement Program has not been submitted. Not to mention last year when there was a steering wheel recall. I called the service department to schedule an appointment to have it fixed at not cost to me as the paperwork stated and was told the recall expired, after a lengthy conversation trying to explain that a recall does not expire I finally decided it was not worth my time and energy. So for my safety as well as my family I paid 600.00 to have it fixed. I can go on and on but its only going to fall on deaf ears. Customer service should be the #1 priority that is what will set you apart from everyone else and its unfortunate its not. I truly believe this to will be ignored. I was raised to treat people the way you want to be treated and to always be humble but that's not how today's society is these days. P.S I rated you a 1 because I could not rate you a Zero.
