From the very beginning he made me feel really welcome and at ease with a goal in mind but never once overbearing or pushy. I loved dealing with him and he made my buying experience a great and a smooth sailing one. Honestly despite of the fact that I came in an hour before closing he took his time with me, and touched on every doubt I had down to the very last question I threw at him always putting me at ease with his extensive knowledge staying far passed closing as I wanted to take my time and make sure it was a deal I was happy with. I got a flat on the way to work. I called the Service Dept. and they told me to bring it right in (I typically make an appointment to service my new car). From start to finish, these guys were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Joe, Juan, Alicis, C and Luis in the Service Dept, were the best team to work with. They kept me updated, and although promised the tire would be in by 1:30pm, it was there early and they worked diligently to get it changed and me out of there in no time. I also want to spotlight Marco Vasquez, the sales rep that worked with me and assisted in all my purchasing needs. My first year with Napleton Kia of Elmhurst has been truly exceptional. I've had family members in the auto business and didn't get treated this well. I hope you all keep doing what you're doing, because it has been so helpful. More
