Reached out to this dealership, they offered to send a gas card (this was 3 months ago). Never got it. Went back to see if they were any better. Nope. Same ol' same ol'. They promise promise promise and once they have you there, they try to literally scam you. Again, never come here.

Somebody called me from your dealership offering to buy the car and overpay. So I thought, great, I hate this car and would like to be rid of it. Told the person I’d be right there and she told me to ask for Kevin. So I go in and ask for Kevin. “He’s at Acura. Go over there”. Ok so I go over to reception at Acura and stand there. Eventually having to wave my arms around to get someone’s attention. I ask for Kevin. “Oh ummm, yeah I don’t know.” I say again, someone called me, asked me to come down and ask for Kevin to appraise my car. “Oh he’s at Kia. Go over there.” I go back to Kia and ask for Kevin. Again. Guy says wait here I’ll get him. Then comes back and asks why I’m there. I say again. “Someone called me and asked me to speak to him about appraising me car. It’s in the service department”. He leaves and comes back saying I have positive equity in the car. How much? I ask. He leaves and comes back saying they’ll pay 14 for the car. So I ask if I owe 13999 on it? I need exact numbers. So he goes to ask Kevin yet again who I still haven’t spoken to after being there for an hour. Why was I told to ask for this person if he’s going to refuse to speak to me and send this salesperson as a go between with no info? So I leave. Then I get a phone call asking how my visit was. Well, it was unproductive to say the least. How can this be the way you do business? I’ve given you at least 5 opportunities to fix the car. The car is still at your service department and the service advisor Juan ignores my questions saying “it’s of my hands” and refuses to fix the vehicle. Or even talk to me. Your dealership is constantly calling me, texting me, and emailing telling me you’re going to do “something” but I still don’t have a resolution. All you have to do is fix the car. Which you already told me you were going to do multiple times, but still haven’t done. I shouldn’t have to keep several quarts of oil in the trunk and constantly add oil to a brand new car with 0 miles. Stop calling me. Stop emailing me. Stop responding to reviews. Stop texting me. Just fix the car.

Almost forgot. The dealership is “almost” offering to replace the vehicle. Saying they may be able to put us in a 2022 Soul. I say ok fine. But I’m not paying any more money for it, and I don’t want to constantly have to put oil in it every week. But now they say they don’t have any Souls in inventory. So I check the website and low and behold there’s 2 listed on the site in inventory. So either your site is inaccurate, or this person on the phone is lying to me yet again. Either option in entirely possible at this point. And please stop asking me to take this review down without first providing some kind of resolution.

Never heard anything back from this dealer. All I get is “Let me work with you on this” and then nothing. I think they are hoping I’ll just go away and leave me paying every month for an oil burning furnace on wheels. Do NOT go to this dealer. Do NOT buy a Kia or Hyundai either. Kia customer service is unresponsive. The dealer is unresponsive. They tell me if the car burns 1 quart of oil per thousand miles than it’s normal. I wonder if they’re telling customers that before they sign on the dotted line and buy one of these cars.

Still here bringing in this car for oil consption tests. Car now has ZERO oil in it and they want to charge me $170 to inspect it. I refused to be charged so they are telling me to take the car and leave. The oil consumption problem has been going on since the car was brand new.
