The pricing in the service department is insanely egregious! $106 for an oil change and another $38 for parts? And that USED to include a tire rotation. Nope! Now that's an additional $50. Got an oil change since I was there. Turns out there were no actual recalls, only warning announcements. Oh by the way, you need a wheel hub and a speed sensor. It's gonna be $1,700. No, it's not. Bring me my vehicle. Well, we performed an inspection and diagnostic. Your total with the oil change is $505. IKYFL. Never again! The service staff are professional and courteous, nonetheless. They don't set policy, they just work there. More
