I walked in for an oil change, and walked out with no brakes! The quick lane manager made me aware of the situation and offered for me to leave the vehicle for further inspection. Afterwards, I spoke wit brakes! The quick lane manager made me aware of the situation and offered for me to leave the vehicle for further inspection. Afterwards, I spoke with the assistant service manager. I mentioned that I had been advised to leave the vehicle. Therefore, the assistant service manager proceeds to inspect my vehicle. He mentioned that my vehicle was rusted and then asked if I wanted to purchase a new one. I asked him for a tow. He said that he could get me one, but I would have to pay for it and I had a short time frame to get my car off the premises. Both managers said that they weren't responsible for what happened to my brakes, but neither was around when my car was pulled in and placed on the rack. Long story short, I had to get my own car towed. More
