We are trying to get an adjusted trade in as car max will pay us 20000 they want to pay 17000. Yes they will do it but they want the signature on the back of the mail saying we will purchase. I said no. We have played the game run the numbers. Finance guy named Iran got irate and abusive. We asked for our car key back and they refused. Finally got car key back and left. The salesman John was laughing like it was funny. My advice STAY AWAY More

I purchased my leased Leaf and warranty, it took 13 days, 3 visits to get the paperwork. Wrong warranty. A mess getting it fixed, as yet unresolved.
