I had a most unusual experience today at Naples Nissan. My son and I went there this morning to look at a car. We saw one that we liked, but we wanted to shop a little more. After going to a few more store My son and I went there this morning to look at a car. We saw one that we liked, but we wanted to shop a little more. After going to a few more stores, we decided that the Nissan was likely the car we wanted and we went back to look at it one more time before making a final decision. Upon arriving, I told our salesman Angelo that I would like to see the car once more and then we could talk price. Angelo, in typical car-salesman mode, immediately started to press me on how much I would pay. I clearly and civilly told him the price neighborhood I was thinking, but that I wanted to see the car again before talking specific numbers. I asked several times to just be allowed to see the car again. Angelo would not give up and kept pressing. I got a little frustrated at being prevented from seeing the car, and, also, being pressed on the price too hard and too early. Then, out of the blue, Angelo said, “You’ve been rude this entire time. What’s your problem?” I was startled at this comment, but, rather than being rude back, simply said, “Okay, we’re done here” and got up to leave. On our way out, the manager Daryl asked to talk to me privately to try to salvage a deal. Daryl was quite nice, but as he and I were walking away to talk, Angelo decided it was a good idea to keep talking negatively about me to his salesmen buddies loud enough for me and everyone else there to hear. Despite Daryl’s best efforts, we left without buying their car. So, if being pressured and insulted by a salesman is what you’re looking for at a car dealership, I highly recommend Naples Nissan and searching out Angelo. On the other hand, if you’d like to be treated respectfully and appreciatively, perhaps you should think about shopping somewhere else. Two final thoughts before I end this review. First, I can only conclude that Angelo behaved as he did either because he’s not having a good sales month, or, because he is so rich and successful that he didn’t care about earning my money. Second, here is some friendly advice from a guy who has bought a whole bunch of cars in his life: when you go to buy a car, remember that cars are commodities - i.e., a Nissan is a Nissan is a Nissan. If one store doesn't have the one you want, another will. My point is, the car store and salesman need you a lot more than you need them. I don’t think Angelo got that memo. More
I recently had my vehicle in Nissan of Naples shop, I have never dealt with people who have no clue what they are doing my vehicle had died out on me on the road and oncoming traffic with my children in have never dealt with people who have no clue what they are doing my vehicle had died out on me on the road and oncoming traffic with my children in the car this is the second vehicle I’ve had with Nissan that the transmission have blown and it’s only a 2017 I have a warranty on the vehicle extended I was a couple thousand miles over my warranty and they still did nothing about it they also told me that the car dealership gave me the wrong key fobs and I’ve been driving around like that this is the worst customer service noches with Nissan in Naples but Nissan in general! I would never buy another Nissan car again they are unsafe their customer service is poor And they care nothing about their customers their cars are pieces of xxxx and it is the second one I’ve owned and both transmissions have blown on me! Please do yourself a favor and never purchase or deal with this company again Nissan is a piece of crap More
Buyer beware! They add a "Recon" fee of what they say it cost them to recondition their car before they sell it. In most cases it is $3000, sometimes more. So if they list a car as $15,000 you can add $3 cost them to recondition their car before they sell it. In most cases it is $3000, sometimes more. So if they list a car as $15,000 you can add $3000 Recon Fee, they also ad an automatic fee for window tint and paint top coat. So you can add 4K to the price they advertise and then add the dealer fees, tax, tag and title fees. So that $15K car is actually 21K. What a shame they are affiliated with Nissan. More
This dealership is the perfect example of the bait and switch mentality that causes car dealerships to have such negative reputations. I wasted 6 hours because the dealership wanted to play games (3 hours switch mentality that causes car dealerships to have such negative reputations. I wasted 6 hours because the dealership wanted to play games (3 hours drive each way from the Tampa area). I found a car that I really wanted and was ready to buy using the car saver website. I reached out to the dealership to make sure the price quoted on the car saver offer would be the final price and I was told car saver price plus taxes. When I got to the dealership they then tried adding $2,500 to the total price in “dealership fees”. The sales manager then tried playing the employee pricing game to get to the original agreed to price. The final straw was “by the way that car has 5,600 miles on it”. Really?!? You couldn’t have told me that upfront?!? No, they thought they had a captive audience because I drove 3 hours one way for the car. I asked for an additional $1,000 off the price and they said they could not do it. Be careful when dealing with this dealership. Dishonesty and profit over customer service is the name of the game at Naples Nissan. More

I had the worst sales experience I have ever had anywhere from both the salesman and the sales manager. They didn’t listen to what I wanted, were only concerned about making a sale that day and wouldn’t give from both the salesman and the sales manager. They didn’t listen to what I wanted, were only concerned about making a sale that day and wouldn’t give me a copy of their offer or explain it. Then the salesman had the gall to thank me for wasting his time. Needless to say I went to Naples Jeep and was treated like a king and came away with a new Jeep. More

“You signed the contract, we got the funds, nothing we can do” were the words of the sales manager when I tried to explain how bad my experience was and asked him for help. I also requested for the genera can do” were the words of the sales manager when I tried to explain how bad my experience was and asked him for help. I also requested for the general manager to call me (mostly to tell him about my experience because at that point I knew I was stuck with the car)and he never returned my call. I apologize in advance because it’s long. But it will help you to be more aware so the same doesn’t happen to you. I went on a Saturday to lease the cheapest new car, it was presented to me that my best option would be to buy and not the Versa, but the Sentra. After going back and forth, (I had a set budget) the sales person had me initial “the best deal” with a monthly payment a tad higher but I settled for it. With that price in agreement (they had already checked my credit) I was taken to financing. Financing told me it would be $48 more a month than what sales said but that gap and maintenance package was included now, and that I couldn’t remove it if I wanted that interest rate. I told her I didn’t want to go any higher than what sales said, I had been talking to sales for over an hour to get to the monthly payment we got and if sales had told me it was gonna go up I wouldn’t have walked to the financing office. She then said to give her until Monday to see what she could do; she said the banks were closed and she wanted to see what other banks would respond. BUT she handed me papers to sign saying “let’s just sign off on this one, this would be the worst case scenario, not this page because this one will change” . I many times told her, I can’t take the car for that monthly payment and ask her if she was sure I could bring it back on Monday after she got the response from the banks if payment was higher. SHE SAID YES. I went outside and the sales person had already put my plate on the new car, I told him it’d be better if I didn’t take the car and he too said, YOU CAN COME BACK ON NONDAY AND RETURN IT IF YOU HAVE TO. So I drove away feeling strange about driving a car with no insurance and no paperwork at all. On Monday I called and financing said my only option was to pay the extra 48 a month or to go with a higher interest rate and if so, an even higher monthly payment. Of course the extra 48 made sense BUT IT WAS NOT the monthly payment I wanted to be at so I wanted to return the car. Ha! Silly me, there was no way to return it. I even called the bank and they told me the dealer had already sent the contract and they did an electronic transfer, IT WAS ALL DONE BEFORE I EVEN CALLED or maybe right after I called the dealer. Financing sent my contract to the bank and closed the deal WITHOUT me knowing. The bank said I had signed. I didn’t even get to see the page with the numbers “that would change on Monday” If that page has initials it was not initialed by me. I have no paperwork, the sales manager said they’ll mail them to me. I had to ask the bank when my first payment was. Was it my fault for signing stuff, absolutely. Did they do an honest transaction with me? Absolutely NOT. More
