Naples Nissan uses either unethical sales tactics or just plain incompetent sale and management. So they had a car listed and I contacted Angelo Ossa we discussed the car and explained that I would be dri plain incompetent sale and management. So they had a car listed and I contacted Angelo Ossa we discussed the car and explained that I would be driving from three hours away to take a look at that car with my entire family. Our discussions were over the phone and via text. Later that evening I had an an abrupt call from some kind of "Manager" later that day to confirm my visit. So Angelo Ossa and the manager knew I was coming and confirmed my visit. So show up on Sunday with my entire family as planned and am in communication regarding my ETA. Upon arrival it appears that Angelo Ossa knew he was scamming me or realized he made a grave error and was "too busy" so I started dealing with Alex Proehl who clearly knew he had been dealt a poop sandwich. He explained the car was in service but not at that location, probably at Jeep. For the next hour there were excuses and attempted distractions such as looking at other cars particularly Nissan Cars. After waiting a while Mark the manager came over and frankly acted like he really didn't give a crap and it was confirmed that he was the one who called and confirmed my visit. After promises of getting the car back and contacting me they made several more attempt to have be buy another car before finally about a week later admitting that the car will "Probably not come back to the showroom". So either the car was sold or something else but the point is I took the entire day, cancelled other important events and appointments to see a non-existent car that was confirmed to be available by Angelo Ossa and the Manager Mark. They are either incompetent or unethical or both. More

Jim Wilson ensured the car was ready, called to confirm and made the payment process quick and easy. David (driver) was excellent and friendly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Previous maintenance: Jim Wilson was good. The car was washed. (1st time NISSAN washed it after servicing it in last 4-5 visits. ((included Southern Va and my first visit / Oil Change at this Dealership.)) ** We are planning to trade this car in come January, and dependent on the Service Department is where we buy our next car. My salesman Mike was a great guy! He tried to streamline the process as quickly as possible. I was very disappointed that sign on the car said 10, plus change. Even with a 3,000 trade in, I still paid over the process as quickly as possible. I was very disappointed that sign on the car said 10, plus change. My wife and I had just experienced a total loss of our leased 2019 Nissan Rogue. So, we were under the gun to find a quick replacement and were not restricting ourselves to Nissan. But Naples Nissan was leased 2019 Nissan Rogue. So, we were under the gun to find a quick replacement and were not restricting ourselves to Nissan. But Naples Nissan was the only local dealership willing to negotiate with us. They took the time to listen to our needs and budget restrictions. Our young salesman was very courteous and patient. I admit, some salespeople can be pushy and even arrogant. We did talk to one in the showroom and mentioned him to the manager. But that's the sales business so if you're timid and always have a chip on your shoulder, you shouldn't shop for cars. We were satisfied with the deal we made and look forward to the same service we experienced on the sales floor when we bring it in for service. More
