Do not use this dealer for service. Most dishonest service place I've ever seen in over 40 years of car ownership! Took my 2015 Nissan Altima there for manufacturer recall. As part of service they did their vehicle inspection. My service advisor, Carlos Saucedo and tech, Jimmy Shewmaker told me my car, with only 53,000 miles needed new AC blower motor AND Front control arms!! Wisely I said no and took it to "The Garage" on Collier Blvd. My service advisor there said it was highly unlikely since I have no symptoms and mileage so low. He put in up and on hoist came back 5 minutes later and told me all fans were working fine and control arms looked like new, no bushing cracked as this dealer told me. I write this to warn others. I cannot believe a dealer behaves like this. More

BUYER BEWARE online used cars have low prices to reel you in for the gocha! I went to see a car and they increased the price almost $5K of witch $3,750 was for the "recondition costs" and the rest is gar in for the gocha! In order to qualify for $1,200 finance assistance, vehicle must be financed at Naples Nissan through NMAC or through another partnering lender that supplies credit approval for the loan. STAY AWAY aggressive and rude personnel. Classic bait and switch advertising. We rolled with it. Car priced at 26000. We are trying to get an adjusted trade in as car max will pay us 20000 they want to pay 17000. Yes they will do it but they want the signature on the back of the mail saying we will purchase. I said no. We have played the game run the numbers. Finance guy named Iran got irate and abusive. We asked for our car key back and they refused. Finally got car key back and left. The salesman John was laughing like it was funny. My advice STAY AWAY More
If I could give zero stars, I would’ve. The sales team, management and service dept are an embarrassment. The incompetence that flows through this dealership is off the charts. I purchased my leased Leaf and warranty, it took 13 days, 3 visits to get the paperwork. Wrong warranty. A mess getting it fixed, as yet unresolved. After getting the paperwork, the warranty was for a standard vehicle, my car is a leaf - all electric, the vast majority of the warranty is useless for a LEAF. Now I am told, 6 weeks for a refund, I paid certified funds, why the delay? More
