Mr./Ms. Simpson please understand that we always attempt to get evey one of our customers financed. But ultimately this is up to the banks. In most cases with a reasonable amount of money down we can get most clients financed. In other cases folks may be tarding in a car that they simply owe to much on and want to upgrade but this again can only be done with money down and again the bank decides to approve or disapprove the deal. So please understand that we do everything we can but sometimes it is out of our hands. I certainly invite you to contaqct us at any time should things change.

In response you guys fell far short on customer service. I didn't get a call back to even know what I'd have to put down as a down payment. We had called about a vehicle and were in position to have a big enough down payment to cover whatever was needed. You guys lost the sale by not calling and assuming . That's were you fell short. Not a big deal as we have moved on and purchased the pathfinder we wanted from another dealer. In closing you guys should look at your customer service and not assume customers don't have the means to purchase.
