Exceptional Service! I was on the market for a new car. I previously owned a Nissan, and knew I loved the car so much that I would purchase another. I went in on a Saturday morning said this is what I want, and I need to leave with in hours! Although I rushed them to get everything done, they managed to do so quick and easy!! My sales rep was Frankie. He was so much fun and personable that buying a car from him was exciting and not pushy or overwhelming. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great deal, and great customer service !! Thanks Nissan, I love my new car with all the bells and whistles ;) More
GREAT SURPRISE My wife had a 2007 Nissan Quest with 98,000 miles and decided to downsize. We have been a Nissan family for many years and decided to shop around for something smaller. The Quest spoiled my wife with it's cavernous storage, comfort, all options, etc. Downsizing was going to be a bit of a challenge after having the Quest and having (zero issues in 7 years). She drove the RA-V4. CR-V. CX-5 and the 2013 Rogue. After researching the 2014 Rogue she decided to wait until the new release. I signed up for the pre-release incentive with Sutherlin Nissan but discovered that the car I specified was sold without contacting me. I went on an on-line search and found that Naples Nissan had then very car coming that my wife wanted. I called the dealership and told them I would like to see the car when it came in. I received a call informing me that the car was received the night before and I could see it in the morning. I really felt it was a waste of my time to even drive 25 miles to see the car since I had nothing but bad experiences trying to buy in Naples. I was greeted by Rick Essig who asked about my needs and took me to see the vehicle (just as unloaded from the carrier). This was the first 2014 that I saw and the interior was far better than the other competitors. I told Rick I liked the SUV but I would not play the Naples premium game. Rick assured me they could deal with me and introduced me to James Pool (Executive Manager) to discuss the Rogue. James did not play games or try to bull s____ me and got right to the OTD price which is what I was looking for. I ended up buying my 19th Nissan from Naples Nissan and we could not be happier. I bought the Rogue 5 months ago and it is an amazing vehicle, great MPG and comfort but not the size of the Quest. All I can is Great!! More

The genuine friendliness of every staff member who came by to introduce themselves was really refreshing! It was a really entertaining place to hang out! The purchase was smooth and painless, and Marco Kanahan went above and beyond to get our payment where we needed it to be. We will be purchasing a truck soon, and since we've owned two Nissan Titans, and loved them, we know exactly where to go. We highly recommend Naples Nissan! What a great place to buy a car. Bad Experience. Was looking for a Brand New 2014 Sentra Bad Experience. Was looking for a Brand New 2014 Sentra with Bluetooth installed. Mike (salesman) said he had the Brand New 2014 Nissan Sentra with Bl Bad Experience. Was looking for a Brand New 2014 Sentra with Bluetooth installed. Mike (salesman) said he had the Brand New 2014 Nissan Sentra with Bluetooth( that means factory installed) in stock and he texted me the price. I go to the dealership and of course: he fooled me. The car he selected for me had no Bluetooth and that was the only car available at that price . Tells me to bring it in to have BT installed. I needed the car immediately, so I bought the car anyway. After a few days I took it to have BT. installed. To my great surprise they installed an "aftermarket" BT, nothing compared to the factory installed BT.. Spoke to the GM. today ,3/5/2014, who defended Mike and told me that I initially accepted the car without BT and that there's nothing he could do. More

Mike Amabile was very pleasant and friendly to work. He and his manager took the time to ask what I wanted and what price range we could afford. I was in need of a new car due to an accident. When I arrived, I was treated with friendly respectful service. He accompanied me on my test drive of the Nissan Sentra. I would say to anybody in the state of Florida looking for a Nissan to go see Mike Amabile at Naples Nissan. Mike worked extremely hard over a long period of time to make sure I would get my new Nissan F for a Nissan to go see Mike Amabile at Naples Nissan. He went above and beyond making sure that everything would fit into my budget while maintaing the highest level of customer service at all times. I have lived in Florida for 6 years . I have bought 3 different Nissansales from Naples. I have owned Nissan cars since I started driving 19 years ago. In the last year and a half I have been getting cal different Nissansales from Naples. I have owned Nissan cars since I started driving 19 years ago. In the last year and a half I have been getting calls from a customer service lady asking if we were interested in the current deals / incentives at the time of the call. I have inquired each time and was told I'd have to check credit and give info on trade in which I've done 3 different times. I'm assuming my credit is not good enough for this dealership or they don't like us cause they never bother to call me back . Why keep calling me and trying to bait me and when I bite never bother to care enough to call me. Mike , joe and mike are the people I've had conversations with but I'm guessing as soon as they figure out who it is they don't want to deal with me or my credit is not good enough for them and I get thrown off into a pile of not worthy customers. Well I won't bite again and if you see this review take my name off your list cause you just lost a customer that will not buy from your dealership again . I'd rather go to sutherlin at least they call back and are willing to sell me a car. Word of mouth travels far and I will due my due diligence spreading the word on my experience More
I bought a new Nissan Rogue which handled beautifully until driving to dinner after leaving the dealership when a noise, a scraping sound from the area of the front left wheel began. Two of my daughters were with me through the process and both are knowledgeable about cars (and math). One of them got under the car with a flashlight after it was in the garage but nothing dragging or stuck in the wheel was visible. We also noticed a paint chip on the hood of the car. We had neglected to walk all around the car and specifically look for any paint chips because at the time we were looking at the car, we fully intended to wait a couple of days before buying - then when the price and the trade-in was extremely good (we had done our homework beforehand), I made the decision without thinking to check out the car again. The next morning the noise was so loud that people walking in my community turned their heads to look at the car as it passed. We called Mike Amabile, our sales person, who told us to bring it back and they would take care of it. However the day was Sunday and the service dept. was not working, so we waited until the following day, Monday. On Monday morning we started the car and drove to the dealership - no noise at all. Absolutely nothing. Naples Nissan kept the car the whole day and gave me a loaner. They called to tell me they were unable to hear anything unusual at all but they wanted to keep the car overnight so that one of the technicians could take it home and drive it (and he did - I checked the mileage and he put more than 40 miles on it). It was driving perfectly. I asked if they had removed the wheels when they checked it and they said they had. I took the car home and it has been driving perfectly ever since - my only explanation is that something must have been picked up on the road and jammed in somewhere - and subsequently fell out. They are getting an estimate for the paint chip for the dealership and have told me they will call me to bring in the car and repair the chip as soon as they get the estimate. So far, I am extremely impressed by the courteous service and am happy with the outcome. More
