Exceptional Customer Service! I have wanted to purchase a black 2015 Nissan Altima for months but had to wait until the right time. I finally made the decision and called for an appointment. I already purchased a car from there in 2012. It was a 2011 Nissan Versa. I loved the car, but at the time, I had to get what was available and in my price range as far as a car payment. Even though it was "bare bones" it was a great car. I had a great experience then and knew it would be again. I called and got Rashan, who set me up with Armand. He greeted me when I walked in and was so amazing. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming and really was a great team. You could tell they all liked each other. Ha! I was trading the Versa in and they gave me a great price on trade and did whatever they could to get the price down for my needs. I took a test drive and driving with Armand was like driving with a friend. He was so personable yet so professional. You could really tell he enjoyed what he did. I got back to dealership and dealt with Scotty, the sales manager and Abe in finance. They were also outstanding! Armand help me clean out my old car and load the new. He even took off all my stickers that I needed to access my gate at my job along with the beach sticker. To me, this is above an beyond. He stayed after they closed to show me all the bells and whistles on my new car. I would recommend Naples Nissan to anybody that asked and even the people that don't....as they gave me business cards to pass out to my friends and family. Thank you Nissan...you rock! Unlike at some dealers where you sit around for a half hour while they get organized to do you I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection.
