Unethical Sales Practices K C and James were like a tag team. They ran my credit when I specifically told them I had bank financing. They told me they'd fix it but when I asked K C and James were like a tag team. They ran my credit when I specifically told them I had bank financing. They told me they'd fix it but when I asked if they had written the letter and taken care of it, communication has stopped. They included a warranty in the price and wen I questioned them about the payment, they had to tell me and then proceeded to tell me I was SMART.... 3 hours of excruciating pain and as a salesperson myself and a problem solver I stayed until the very end... They offer you the best car buying experience , it was 3.5 hours of unnecessary torture. Sounds extreme but I assure it the xx was over the top. My advice would be to do your homework, that dealership is hungry and if you're Not Smart, and don't do your homework, I can't imagine the deal you'll end up with, very sad...I love driving a Nissan, have drove them forever but this dealership, buyer beware if you're dealing with any of the people I encountered.... WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Treated poorly when arrived at the dealership... was acknowledged at the door then left to sit for over 45 mins.. several employees walked by and woul Treated poorly when arrived at the dealership... was acknowledged at the door then left to sit for over 45 mins.. several employees walked by and wouldnt even make eye contact or ask if I had been helped. Waited for salesman then left wondering to find out info, and i had to call several times to find out where we stood. Promised multiple call backs never ever was contacted. We realized we have tough credit, but that is never a reason to treat someone so poorly, and at the time, they did not even know where we stood.. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership OR the sales man RICK PISCOPO.. his followup and contact is nonextistent, promised mutiple times to call me back and never once did. If they couldnt help us, is understandable... but never excusable to NOT let us know that they couldnt, we knew we would be tough to get into a vehicle, and even tried to not waste their time, but apparently we did... I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! More

My new Altima I went into Naples Nissan a little over a year after buying a used Altima from them. I liked the 2013 Altima so much that after the warranty ran out, I went into Naples Nissan a little over a year after buying a used Altima from them. I liked the 2013 Altima so much that after the warranty ran out, I decided to get a new one. Poor credit new car! Walked in with the only goal of seeing if they would finance me as my personal bank would not. I ruined my credit a few years back and have been worki Walked in with the only goal of seeing if they would finance me as my personal bank would not. I ruined my credit a few years back and have been working to improve it ever since. They where all incredibly curtious when speaking to me about my options. At the end of the day I was approved for a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra for no money down and an affordable monthly payment. After not having a car for the last couple years it was getting tough, but they helped get me into a set of wheels that will last for years to come. Plus the payments will help with my credit. I would highly suggest checking this place out if you are in a similar position. Honestly these guys won't lie to you or try to gimick you. They told me straight up how it was and what they could do for me. In the future when I'm looking for a new car I will definitely be coming back for a visit. More

Instant resolve My wife and I are past and present customers of Naples Nissan. We had somewhat of an emergency that deemed immediate attention. On a Saturday afternoo My wife and I are past and present customers of Naples Nissan. We had somewhat of an emergency that deemed immediate attention. On a Saturday afternoon my wife and I stopped in Naples Nissan to hopefully find a resolution to our matter at hand. To our surprise our past, present and FUTURE Sales Rep (Frank) met us at the door. He immediately recognized us and addressed us by our names and even remembered the model of Nissan we purchased many months prior. Frank has always made us feel very welcome at Naples Nissan. He asked us if everything was Ok and we explained our issue, without hesitation Frank introduced us to Scotty within the department associated to our issue. Scotty was very attentive and listened to our problem and within a matter of minutes he resolved the matter to our upmost satisfaction. We are lifetime customers of Naples Nissan and will share our experience to everyone we know. Thank you Frank and Scotty for a job well done. More
