Thank you Naples Nissan! I am so grateful to the exceptional staff at Naples Nissan! I went to them in dire need of a vehicle with 3rd row seating, and of course some extras I I am so grateful to the exceptional staff at Naples Nissan! I went to them in dire need of a vehicle with 3rd row seating, and of course some extras I felt I needed. I was upside down in my Nissan Murano, and it was too small for my family of 6. The staff at Naples Nissan worked hard for me and I was able to purchase a brand new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder! Thanks Guys! I am a life long customer! More

xxxxxxxx Take advantage of you. Can't return your phone calls. Sold me a car literally two days later two tires blew out. Then in the same month it had problem Take advantage of you. Then in the same month it had problems starting 3 different times and when i took it back to their dealership they said it wasn't their problem.They tried to tell me I needed new brakes at 25k miles and when I told them last time they said my were in the green they said they would replace them for free.....come to find out going to sell my car they never did. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND STRESS DONT GO TO NAPLES NISSAN!!! More

Good experience overall . I got the car that I wanted but I ended paying more than I expected. They ran my credit trough Nissan financing when I specifically told them I had . They included a lot of other fees and warranties in the price that I didn’t expected. Naples Nissan is the absolute last place I'd go I usually take my car in every 3 months for oil changes and tune-ups. Last month, they told me that I need all new rotors, brakes, and tires... An exp I usually take my car in every 3 months for oil changes and tune-ups. Last month, they told me that I need all new rotors, brakes, and tires... An expensive job. I found it strange because Nissan just replaced all 3 of those just about a year ago so I decided to deny the service and get a second opinion. At the second opinion appointment, the mechanic showed me exactly how "worn" my tires and brakes were. The wear bar is still very visible! And, he said that I have about 40-50k left on my brakes. WOW! A real eye opener... Even if I needed brakes, I wouldn't have let Nissan touch my brakes since the last time they checked them, the mechanic forgot to tighten my lug nuts. SCARY!!! More

Unethical Sales Practices K C and James were like a tag team. They ran my credit when I specifically told them I had bank financing. They told me they'd fix it but when I asked K C and James were like a tag team. They ran my credit when I specifically told them I had bank financing. They told me they'd fix it but when I asked if they had written the letter and taken care of it, communication has stopped. They included a warranty in the price and wen I questioned them about the payment, they had to tell me and then proceeded to tell me I was SMART.... 3 hours of excruciating pain and as a salesperson myself and a problem solver I stayed until the very end... They offer you the best car buying experience , it was 3.5 hours of unnecessary torture. Sounds extreme but I assure it the xx was over the top. My advice would be to do your homework, that dealership is hungry and if you're Not Smart, and don't do your homework, I can't imagine the deal you'll end up with, very sad...I love driving a Nissan, have drove them forever but this dealership, buyer beware if you're dealing with any of the people I encountered.... More
