When we initially arrived another member of the sales team started to help us, but he had an upcoming appointment so he had Norm help us. Even though the car we wanted wasn’t currently on the lot it was ordered and we picked it up the following week. This is our first MDX and Norm was great showing us the trunk configuration and every button in the car .. even how to program the garage door! Top notch service from sales, to finance and the extra parts we ordered. We also loved swapping pet photos!! Highly recommend Naples Acura and Norm! More

He helped me get the right insurance coverages, helped me unload the clutter from my car, and gave me a tutorial in the new technology. He is a “gentle” gentleman who really knows his stuff! He called me the next day after the sale, and offered more "trainings" when he could have opted to be "off the clock". The airy and bright dealership gives off a feeling of respect and calm, unlike the hungry and passive aggressive vibe you can get from other dealerships where they sell discounted cars. More
