Horrible! Contacted the night before about vehicle availability, it was available. Drove 1.5 hours to look at the vehicle (had an appointment). Show up and it Contacted the night before about vehicle availability, it was available. Drove 1.5 hours to look at the vehicle (had an appointment). Show up and it’s not on the lot. Turns out the manager was driving it (home not showing). Well the manager isn’t coming in today is what I was told. Had an appointment!!! And even the manager can’t show up to make a sale. Pathetic!! Bad business tactics. More

Of course, he could not have done it without the approval of his bosses, Joe & Samy and for that, "Gratitude is a must!" Joe and I had some interesting and funny conversations that made me feel so welcomed. Everytime there was a bump in the road and I had the slightest doubt, Andrew calmed my fears with his positive attitude and didn't stop pushing for me to get the best deals inclusive of insurance. He made sure that I didn't leave the way I came (ankle express/foot mobile). I drove out of there in my nice clean car!
