I've never shopped anywhere like Myrtle Beach Hyundai nor will I ever go anywhere else for a vehicle. These are the most down to earth honest people on the planet and yes it's unheard of. They gave me an incredible price and initially was told my interest rate would be somewhere from .75 to 1.5 higher. Surprisingly, when I was given my actual interest rate in the finance office it was much lower. These people are saints. They are all laid back no pressure and the warranty speaks for itself. So thankful and very refreshing not your EVERYDAY dealership. They set the bar very high! Kudos to them! More

Took five days to put together numbers (blamed it on VW) that were over $400 higher than original discussions!! We shopped for this purchase but got nothing close to the car we wanted! No effort to deal or work with financing situations or options! They had a great car for my wife but no way were we going to buy here again after this experience! I am so upset about this that I am having a difficult time expressing how deeply I feel about how we were treated! I promise you I will spread the word!!! More

Today (11/18) he told me that a walk in drove the car and bought it. Totally and absolutely unprofessional. How you can deal with this kind of car dealerships that they don't respect nothing. That's another reason why the US is getting way behind with competitive and real professional worldwide markets that happens to know how to respect all lines of work from A to Z. Needless to say Myrtle Beach Hyundai will be the last place to go maybe not even for a coffee. More

Absolutely terrible. Every time I come in Eddie at the front desk doesn’t care to greet you. He acts like you aren’t there. Took my car there for a engine light and car turning off. Jason told me they couldn’t find anything wrong and “never seen the light”. Had to bring it back 4 different times for the same thing, they kept my car over night each time, didn’t offer a ride or rental, they couldn’t find anything wrong. Took the car to a different Hyundai dealership. Ended up being a nationwide recall on the part. The other dealership set me up in a rental until the part was ready, no question. More
Do not buy a car from here!!!! I have never been talked to so disrespectfully in my entire life. I called up to find out what the procedure was to hand in a leased car when my mother passed away. Instead of common courtesy and decency I got someone with a major attitude problem who made me feel stupid for asking the question. I was going to talk to someone when I drop off this car about buying another one but not anymore. I'll go out of my way to look elsewhere than to have to deal with anyone at this dealership. More
I complained about, what appeared to be a defect in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson, and the service manager told me that I must have been in an accident and damaged it. There was no accident.
