Interestingly, when I heard the phone ring, they both, immediately, picked up the same call...although they were busy doing other things, they did not hesitate to answer the phone. Also, although I do not know their names, they sincerely made me feel comfortable and at ease, and it was easy to tell they knew their jobs well! John Barajas was also exceptional!
