As a service adviser, Parker did very well in follow- through what I wanted: oil change. Unfortunately, Lexus Brand did not provide any solution which has impacted many customers like me. I will be hesitate to purchase Lexus again. However, to me, Parker was a new face but he treated me friendly and took up my requests professionally. What Lexus Motor City can do better is the manpower of their service team. For oil change and brake pad replacement (no rotor resurfacing required), they took more than 4hrs to complete on appointment schedule. More
