Service writer was very precessional, was greeted by personnel as soon as I arrived, directed into the lobby and was signed in immediately, was pre set up for loaner vehicle, and offered coffee or water personnel as soon as I arrived, directed into the lobby and was signed in immediately, was pre set up for loaner vehicle, and offered coffee or water.
