BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I haven't bought a vehicle since 2000, so I was a little nervous about going in a dealership. The staff at East Tennessee Nissan worked with me and made sure during the whole purchase I was completely satisfied. The price was great! The service was great! and I love my new Nissan Juke. They were very knowledgeable about their product and represented their company professionally. I would recommend anyone that is in the market for a vehicle to come to Morristown and visit the folks at East Tennessee Nissan. I could've asked for a better buying experience! The people at East TN Nissan, went out of their way in helping pick out my Pathfinder. They stayed after hours just so I could make the drive up there. David was low-key, patient and very knowledgable about each of the vehicles we were interested in. The only glitch was the trade-in value. We were told a value (quoted higher than they ended up allowing each of the vehicles we were interested in. The only glitch was the trade-in value.
