We had been looking at cars for a month, and we've been to some great dealerships, but this wasn't what I expected based on Google reviews when I looked up the dealership. I went to the dealer's website a to some great dealerships, but this wasn't what I expected based on Google reviews when I looked up the dealership. I went to the dealer's website and inquired about the specific vehicle straight from the "Get the Victory E-Price." David Harris responded and said that yes, the vehicle was still available and he didn't include an e-price. I let him know we would be leaving right away to come look at it and it was going to take us an hour to get there. He was polite and quickly responded with an appointment time and the address so we could get there. When we arrived, we walked inside and David greeted us. He told us he was going to bring the car around, and in my opinion, knowing we were going to be arriving at a specific time, it should have already been pulled up front. When he brought the car around, it was the wrong car. We told him it was a different Nissan cube, and he informed us that was the only one he had. I corrected him, showing him the print out from the website from which I directly e-mailed him of the Nissan cube we were there to look at. He then remembered that, yes, it was on the front of the lot, and he ran back inside to get that key. He then had us follow him to the front of the lot, and the key wouldn't open the doors. And this is exactly what I mean when I say the car should have already been pulled up and ready to go. Even after returning the key, it took him about 6-7 tries to get the car running from sitting out in the cold. We actually went to another dealership in Oak Ridge, and when we arrived, the salesman was outside waiting on us with the car pulled up to the front, the car on, and the doors open for us. It left a good impression, needless to say, while our visit to ETN did not leave a good impression. Both my husband and I were not overly impressed with David's customer service, but he was polite. We don't want anyone overly sleazy, but even Ray, the finance manager, was much more chatty and interested in talking to us than David. Most dealerships we've been to, the car salesman will typically ask questions, and even though it can be obnoxious at times, at least you feel as though they are interested in trying to assist you. I don't think David asked us one question about ourselves. We tried to negotiate the price down, but they were only willing to drop $200 off of the price since it had just been reduced. I do understand because the car was a really good deal at the price it was at, and I'm in no way faulting them for that. We decided to buy it, really because it was the best deal we could find, so I will say that they do have excellent prices. When we drove to pick up the car, David was nice enough to give us two emergency kits for both of our cars, and I thought that was a nice touch... However, when driving the car home, the gas light came on in the first five miles, and I would have rather had a full tank of gas than an emergency kit. I was really kind of shocked that you can spend $15,000 on a car, and they don't fill up the gas tank. I'm sure this was just our experience, because they do have an overwhelming amount of good reviews. It wasn't the worst experience I've had looking at cars (Carmax), but it certainly wasn't the best (Karns Motor Company). More

The only thing that I did not like about the final contract, was that I got the nissan protection plan up to a 100,000 miles on a car that had 64000 on it already. It was going to cost me $ 9.17 ext contract, was that I got the nissan protection plan up to a 100,000 miles on a car that had 64000 on it already. It was going to cost me $ 9.17 extra on my payments for sixty payments. That would come to $550.20, but instead it cost $2495.00 . That means that I just gave my trade in to them for free. All I have to say is watch out for the protection plan cost. More

Buying a new SUV at East Tennessee Nissan was a pleasant experience and we would highly recomend this dealership and salesman Dustin "Pork Chop" Back!!! He worked very dilegently to get us just the SUV we experience and we would highly recomend this dealership and salesman Dustin "Pork Chop" Back!!! I traveled over 200 miles to visit East Tennessee Nissan. Before doing so, I was put in touch with Dustin "Pork Chop" Back. He answered all of my questions about the used Nissan Sentra I had found on the web, including a follow-up call, which gave me confidence that my trip would be fruitful. When I arrived, Pork Chop demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle, providing me the information I needed to confirm that this was the right car for me. When I picked up the car a few days later, Pork Chop had it ready for me, with a special gift that was a nice touch. More importantly, he went above and beyond the call to address some minor flaws that are typical for a two year old car. As this was a vehicle for my teenage daughter, I wanted it to be special, and Pork Chop helped make it so. I would highly recommend both my salesperson and the dealership experience at East Tennessee Nissan - even if it is a little out of the way (from Middle Tennessee)! More
