Brought my vehicle here for maintenance, switching winter tires, and to check a gauge. Scheduled in advance. Asked specifically if the vehicle would be looked at that day. It was not, it was covered in snow the next afternoon when I drove by. Was told multiple times it would be finished, then received no calls. Additional problems were identified, service rep Dan told me they had parts available on hand. Took days after this to get repairs done. No one answers the phones, you have to leave messages. And they do call back, usually quickly. Overall service quality is good, but my vehicle was there for a week and a half. I suspect They are overworked or understaffed or both. More

GMC Morris continues to take good care of me. Apparently when you schedule a service on line, if the date you select is unavailable, the site will automatically schedule the next available date. I was unawa when you schedule a service on line, if the date you select is unavailable, the site will automatically schedule the next available date. I was unaware and did not pay attention. (Even if you purchase a top of line vehicle as I did to keep up North) Cad LIE & cheat the customer with Service needs... do not trust these snakes! Something they lack. From a basic oil change (bad install caused a mess in my garage)to a major mechanical concern... HORRIBLE SERVICE. Then, provided fake documents with work that never got done. Oh, plus my vehicle was filthy with big white spots on it. After they supposedly were told to detail it due to all the ignorance... per the service director. Lies on more lies. Unless they revise the whole car buying & service fulfillment process... Do Not Shop Morris Cadillac GMC!!!!! More
