Brought my vehicle here for maintenance, switching winter tires, and to check a gauge. Scheduled in advance. Asked specifically if the vehicle would be looked at that day. Additional problems were identified, service rep Dan told me they had parts available on hand. Took days after this to get repairs done. No one answers the phones, you have to leave messages. And they do call back, usually quickly. Overall service quality is good, but my vehicle was there for a week and a half. I suspect They are overworked or understaffed or both. More

GMC Morris continues to take good care of me. Apparently when you schedule a service on line, if the date you select is unavailable, the site will automatically schedule the next available date. I was unawa when you schedule a service on line, if the date you select is unavailable, the site will automatically schedule the next available date. I was unaware and did not pay attention.
