Efficient scheduling and nice advisor. Technicians need to actually check if something needs replaced instead of just saying it needs replaced based upon a maintenance schedule. I replaced both air filters just a week before but was told that “they were dirty and needed to be replaced” so the tech obviously relayed incorrect information (or lied) in order to get more business. it made me question and then not approve of any other recommended work beyond what I took the vehicle in for. I lost a little trust or it would be a five star rating. More
