Morris Cadillac GMC in North Olmsted, Ohio is known to LIE & cheat the customer with Service needs... do not trust these snakes! (Even if you purchase a top of line vehicle as I did to keep up North) Cad LIE & cheat the customer with Service needs... do not trust these snakes! (Even if you purchase a top of line vehicle as I did to keep up North) Cadillac corporate had to get involved with my experience. Next, legal efforts, to make sure this dealership has accountability. Something they lack. From a basic oil change (bad install caused a mess in my garage)to a major mechanical concern... HORRIBLE SERVICE. Then, provided fake documents with work that never got done. Oh, plus my vehicle was filthy with big white spots on it. After they supposedly were told to detail it due to all the ignorance... per the service director. Lies on more lies. Unless they revise the whole car buying & service fulfillment process... Do Not Shop Morris Cadillac GMC!!!!! More
