Excellent service by Alysia Brown I purchased a used vehicle from another dealer and one day later the A/C quit working. I spoke to the other dealer and they referred me to Lake Norman I purchased a used vehicle from another dealer and one day later the A/C quit working. I spoke to the other dealer and they referred me to Lake Norman Nissan for repair. I was ready for a fight until I met Alysia. She immediately calmed all my concerns and assured me that they would take care of any problems that I had. At 10am the next morning I arrived to get the A/C repaired. Alysia met me with that big smile, had my car repaired within 1.5 hours and I was back on the road with a smile on my face. I am not accustomed to working with such great people at a automobile service center. Please know that I will be customer for life.
