I have purchased my fourth Murano from this dealership and they have been awesome each time. My last sales person was Fabian Escoto and he was WONDERFUL but he has moved on and I got the second best sales and they have been awesome each time. My last sales person was Fabian Escoto and he was WONDERFUL but he has moved on and I got the second best sales person and his name is Perry Flythe. I told Perry what I was looking for and he found my Murano from another dealership. Perry went and retrieved the Murano that same day and the next day I was driving it off the lot. There was a few issued right off the bat but it was just minor stuff and Perry got it fixed quickly. If you want a good sales person that is NOT PUSHY, NOT ARROGANT and NOT trying to make a person purchase a vehicle that you don't want, please go and see Perry!!! I HIGHLY recommend him and this dealership. More
Mike Shumate and Taryn were great to work with. We were able to do most of the negotiating by text which was super convenient but still felt personal. We purchased this vehicle in February and it has been a disaster with the dealership from day one. First- The button that pushed in that the dealership said was $300 and the would "half the cost" with me, disaster with the dealership from day one. First- The button that pushed in that the dealership said was $300 and the would "half the cost" with me, my neighbor fixed for free in 2 minutes. Had to go in after 30 days because we still had not received our tag, while there I let them know that we were told that when we purchased the vehicle that it had just had an oil change, new brakes, and new rotors. My oil light was already on and my brakes were squeaking. They agreed to give me a free oil change and told me to bring the car in so they could check the brakes. After dropping off for service the service manager called to say nothing was wrong with the brakes, but they would replace them anyway....guess what...brakes no longer squeak. After 60 days I have to return once again, because we STILL have not received our tag. Call them, they tell me to come down for another tag. Drive down to the dealership for the manager to tell me she's not going to give me another tag because THEIR finance manager didn't charge us enough tax when we purchased the vehicle and they would not be getting us a tag until we paid them $1200. My question is, what if we didn't have the extra money??? We paid them, simply because we just wanted our tag. At this point I start asking to talk to the General Manager...of course he's not there...and EVERYTIME I call he was "Out of the country" "Sick" "it was his day off" "he is here, but we are unable to locate him" etc etc etc. It is now August, still have not heard back from the GM. We finally had to go to the tag office ourself because it was now month 4 and still no tag. I understand people get busy, but when you have a customer that has had MULTIPLE problems with your dealership you would think you would find time. I would still like to discuss this $1200 with Jason, if he can ever find time in his busy schedule for a customer. More
Worst service department I have ever seen. Take my wife's Juke another 2 hours mind you I called and made an appointment each time and told them I would be waiting, apparently appointments at Modern Nissan mean something different than the rest of the civilized world. Other service issues have caused me to be without my vehicle for a day. So I finally decided that is simply wasn't worth dealing with Modern Nissan. So I get a flyer in the mail for $29.99 synthetic oil change, I mulled it over for about a week then decided to go ahead and schedule and appointment. I arrive at 12PM, nd as soon as I get out of the car I get the we are running behind, and I told the guy that is why I don't come there anymore, I inform him that I made an appointment and he says well I didn't make your appointment. Huh? well someone that works there obviously did and would it have been any different if he did make the appointment, nah. So he tells me that it is going to take about 1 1/2 hours, OK I guess I have to wait it out, get a text at 12:08PM they will start on my car shortly, 1 1/2 hours later my car is still sitting outside hasn't been touched. So I go to one of the service guys ask him where my keys are and thanks for wasting my time. He apparently must have to deal with angry customers all the time, since he immediately said I would need to talk to the service manager if I had a complaint. So asked where he was, guess what, he wasn't there, how convenient. I got in my car and left with out an oil change or vehicle inspection, well done Modern Nissan for not only wasting my time but now I have to go else where to get simple service completed. I guess I must be crazy for giving them another chance, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different out come. I called and spoke to the assistant service manager and it was another waste of my time. I even bought my last vehicle from this dealer which I will not take there for service More
Worse Nissan Service Department. Had an 8 am appointment for oil and filter change only. I arrived a 7:55, at 9:20 I asked some guy what’s taking so long. He says my car is done and Had an 8 am appointment for oil and filter change only. I arrived a 7:55, at 9:20 I asked some guy what’s taking so long. He says my car is done and Ray is getting my paperwork together. At 9:30 I was finally driving away from the dealership. What a waste of time, one and a half hours for oil change is ridicules More
