I have a almost brand new 2017 Pathfinder.. i was driving on Samfur and my car completely If I could give negative stars i would!!! Terrible service! I have a almost brand new 2017 Pathfinder.. i was driving on Samfur and my car completely stopped moving in the middle of the intersection of Statesville!! Super scary (huge intersection). I get my car towed to this location and it started off ok.. sales guy was nice enough so i felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. I get a call 2 hours later saying they really arent sure whats wrong but they found on the diagnostic screen that it could be bad gas... ok possibly that could be part of the problem right? it is a brand new car. my car is covered under warranty, with the exception of bad gas (laughable they find the ONE thing that isnt covered and tell me thats whats wrong with my car... typical) they want to do some flush in the tank and drain my "bad gas" and replace it with "good known gas". I go to pick it up... already frustrated that they didnt look into this further because i could have gotten into a really bad accident with my car completely stopping! they promised me they did a test drive.. multiple times and the manager gave me some monologue on how much he knows about bad gas blah blah blah. They then hit me with the bill of $353 for literally draining the bad gas and putting 1/4 tank of "good known gas" in the car HAHAHA. thats insane... they took gas out for $353?!?!? I get the car home and notice that the mileage in/out is exactly the same... they DIDNT take my car for a test drive and promised me (to my face)multiple times they did. i mean comeon... if youre going to lie at least do it well right?!?! they are crooks and just want to take your money. they are also lairs and do not care of safety. Again, i am a mother of a 3mnth old and a 5 yr old... i would hate it if something happened to my car like this again and im not as lucky as i was last time. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION they are not good people or ethical. More

Terrible customer service, unproffesional, cocky, he actually thought that he was doing me a favor and I am the customer, really ??? Everyone else there is great, sales team, the other managers, finance, etc. But it just took for that manager ALEX to make me feel bad in order for me to purchase my car somewhere else. Everything else can be great but just that one employee can screw everything up. More
Wallowing I wish I had read these reviews before I went to Modern Nissan of Lake Norman. For the first few hundred miles I was happy as can be. Then slowly the I wish I had read these reviews before I went to Modern Nissan of Lake Norman. For the first few hundred miles I was happy as can be. Then slowly the car started to wallow. Roll slowly side to side. As the suspension broke in. Then I am getting motion sickness. All I asked was to see if anything could be done and I am told it is within Specs and they tried to Upsell me another car saying if I wanted better suspension I needed a better, more expensive car. All I want to do is drive and enjoy is while I save my money for something I really want. I have Corporate involved now but really, IF they did not want to take care of me the first time, What kind of any service will I get after this? More
Absolutely nonsense. Avoid at all costs. Service department is a joke. Went in for a routine 60k service and was told an alignment was needed. Okay, that's normal, I went ahead and told the Service department is a joke. Went in for a routine 60k service and was told an alignment was needed. Okay, that's normal, I went ahead and told them to do it. Everything went smoothly and timely, and got the car back to only have it go right when the steering wheel was completely straight. These 'service professionals' aligned the car with the steering wheel not straight. How this happened with a garage full of 'qualified professionals' I have no clue, and after countless ignorant excuses pulled out of their rear end including the car needing new brakes (they don't,) the car having a 'drive tire' wearing out causing the pull, cupping on the tire, and finally them telling me it's the crown of the road, they finally admitted they had aligned it wrong. Okay, fine, we all make mistakes. We went in AGAIN the next day to have it aligned to fix their mistake, and got it back to only find it pulling to the left this time when the steering wheel is straight. How hard is it to lock a steering wheel STRAIGHT DURING AN ALIGNMENT. Reading the sheet they gave us that indicated an alignment to begin with, it turns that the car never needed an alignment to begin with. Never have I have had this much grief and unprofessionalism with a car. On top of all of this, these morons told us that they'd call me the next day only to ignore all 3 of our phone calls and have their customer service representatives call us to try and pry a good review out of my on my service. It has been 4 days and we have still not been able to get this place to pick up our calls, and this car is still unsafe to drive due to a second incorrect alignment. As you can see, this dealership is an absolute joke and I suggest everyone stay clear of them. Unless, of course, you like your cars with incorrect service that makes them unsafe to drive. This will be taken to corporate, and lets hope they have a little more sense than the 'professionals. in this dealership did. More
