Daniel Parker, Tom Ellis and Brian from service are awesome! I want to commend Daniel Parker, Service Manager, Brian the Lead Service Technician and Tom Ellis, Service Consultant. Tom was empathetic to my situa I want to commend Daniel Parker, Service Manager, Brian the Lead Service Technician and Tom Ellis, Service Consultant. Tom was empathetic to my situation and although he was not my service representative and I needed to speak to the Service Manager, he made sure that I was made a priority as a customer and FOLLOWED UP with me immediately when there was a reasonable delay in communication from management. After my disappointment with how my situation had been previously handled, it was greatly appreciated. He has a professional and compassionate attitude that will go far: He should be overseeing a team, as many could learn from his high level of attention to proper customer service! Daniel Parker spoke to me in a kind and professional manner throughout the entirety of our phone call. He specifically addressed all concerns that I had and put all my worries to rest in an honest and open forum. His tone and level of customer service standards exceeded my expectations and although the reason we spoke was to address a concern, I left the call feeling heard and that he will do anything within reason to resolve all concerns. Brian, the Lead Service Technician, was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. He explained all aspects of the technical maintenance repair that was required and spoke in laymans terms as I am by far a vechicle guru! I recommend speaking to any of these three individuals should you have any service needs!! More
Very bad experience. This guys say one thing and doing another. I was interested in two cars, asked for availability- they said yes. Unprepared, Misleading, Disappointing, and Aggrevating After several phone calls, text messages, and e-mails from both the sales person and sales manager several days ahead of a scheduled appointment, the After several phone calls, text messages, and e-mails from both the sales person and sales manager several days ahead of a scheduled appointment, the used vehicle of interest was not pulled up front, cleaned, or ready as promised "unprepared". Items from previous owner still under seat as if vehicle had been traded in and parked. Vehicle had also not been checked or cleaned inside or out. The Nissan certified vehicle with the 150 point check obviously had not been completed, this certification (completed or not) is only available at a cost to the consumer at deal time. This was promoted of the website, but not disclosed or written in the fine print so it was very "misleading." My wife and I being car people made a satisfactory deal and closed it, the accountant was great! Then the sales person told us the vehicle would not start and we would not be able to take it home? Disappointment! My wife suggested we look at the vehicle so we walked to the service department to find out they were wanting to just now start the vehicle, to clean it? It would not start. appreciate the service man who told us it was the switch on the clutch pedal that would not allow it to start. We (my wife and I) without any help from the dealership, worked around this and were ready to take our vehicle home. Salesman said it would be 45 minutes for them to clean it. Somehow I kept my temper and suggested he just had 2 hours to clean a vehicle that should have been clean and 150 point inspected when we arrived "aggravating." We politely suggested they not clean it and let us get on our way with our truck. Best part is since they didn't clean it they did not put a "Modern Nissan" sticker on the back! Thanks to the gentleman who previously owned the vehicle, and took very good care of it, we are pleased with our purchase! More

Liars and crooks If I could give negative stars i would!!! Terrible service! I have a almost brand new 2017 Pathfinder.. i was driving on Samfur and my car completely If I could give negative stars i would!!! Terrible service! I have a almost brand new 2017 Pathfinder.. i was driving on Samfur and my car completely stopped moving in the middle of the intersection of Statesville!! Super scary (huge intersection). I get my car towed to this location and it started off ok.. sales guy was nice enough so i felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. I get a call 2 hours later saying they really arent sure whats wrong but they found on the diagnostic screen that it could be bad gas... ok possibly that could be part of the problem right? it is a brand new car. my car is covered under warranty, with the exception of bad gas (laughable they find the ONE thing that isnt covered and tell me thats whats wrong with my car... typical) they want to do some flush in the tank and drain my "bad gas" and replace it with "good known gas". I go to pick it up... already frustrated that they didnt look into this further because i could have gotten into a really bad accident with my car completely stopping! they promised me they did a test drive.. multiple times and the manager gave me some monologue on how much he knows about bad gas blah blah blah. They then hit me with the bill of $353 for literally draining the bad gas and putting 1/4 tank of "good known gas" in the car HAHAHA. thats insane... they took gas out for $353?!?!? I get the car home and notice that the mileage in/out is exactly the same... they DIDNT take my car for a test drive and promised me (to my face)multiple times they did. i mean comeon... if youre going to lie at least do it well right?!?! they are crooks and just want to take your money. they are also lairs and do not care of safety. Again, i am a mother of a 3mnth old and a 5 yr old... i would hate it if something happened to my car like this again and im not as lucky as i was last time. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION they are not good people or ethical. More
