Jose was awesome the process of getting my car took almost 4 1/2 hours. Why would the process take so long? 2nd car I bought there same ridiculous amount of time to close and get out. Very professional and courteous. The only issue I had was that I was told I would have to wait all day for my car to be ready and it was done in 3 hours. I was very disappointed that I was not told at the time of making my appointment that I should expect to be at the dealership all day and that I should only have a quarter tank of gas in my car for it to b of making my appointment that I should expect to be at the dealership all day and that I should only have a quarter tank of gas in my car for it to be serviced. If not for Service Rep Ms. Brown’s help, I would have left without servicing my car. She was courteous, professional, and very helpful. The other rep that I had spoken to previous was the opposite!
