made appointment specifying all recall word to be performed. Day of service could not be completed bc part was not available, and required leaving overnight to complete. No follow up following day. reached out at around 3 pm and then was told wold be completed and must be picked up by 4:45pm. Had to rush home from work in order to pick up. Also, service person incorrectly quoted work and was charged more than estimate. Spoke to another service person as the original person I worked with was not in, and they made small adjustment. Work seems ok, just not handled well. More
