My family and I arrived at Al Serra South in search of a used car. Within a few minutes, we were introduced to Rick Buckner and were given full service. Rick asked us what our parameters were and posed qu used car. Within a few minutes, we were introduced to Rick Buckner and were given full service. Rick asked us what our parameters were and posed questions in a professional way to try and find out how we intended to use the vehicle. Rick knew the used car market and talked us through where we might have to compromise in order to meet our budget. Really, we had to compromise very little. Rick found the car that met our criteria right on the lot, showing us several alternatives in the process to make sure we felt comfortable about where we were in the market. Rick's manager, Sean Parker, came down on price to more than meet our top number--purchase price was $14,750 after we said we could not go above $15,000. We were happy that this price was also below Kelly Blue Book for our model and mileage in excellent condition. What happened next really amazed us. It turned out that in the process of purchasing the car, we discovered it was not quite in excellent condition. Al Serra's inspection team reported a small gouge on the rear left panel near the tail lamp. Very quickly, Sean Parker stepped up and said if we brought in the car the following week the body shop at Al Serra would work the issue at no charge and restore the car to excellent condition. Sean put the promise in writing. By the end of the following week, Al Serra South delivered. As far as I can tell, the left rear of our car is, indeed, in excellent condition. The teamwork and trust betweeen departments and their dedication to customer satisfaction has been so impressive, particularly in a situation where the customer is going to be at an informational disadvantage. Thank you all for educating us, helping us, and delivering a product that will meet our family's needs. More

I came in unannounced to have my tires checked out because my low tire light was on. They checked all four tires and they were all a little low and so they aired the all up. Still the light is on and so they tell me it is likely a problem with the sensor which I can probably fix at a later time since I cannot afford it at this time. I just purchased this car about 10 days ago from the Al Serra up North. So I am a little broke. I then went to the service center up north a few days later and they were able to fix the problem. I have had great service at both locations. More

My preference would be for the service rep to have the mechanic look at the car first and provide a list of everything that is needed and then help me prioritize it so I know what really has to be fixed and how soon it has to be fixed, rather than keep adding problems that show up as the work goes along... otherwise it keeps going from a $5 oil change to $3000+ total repairs, leaving me with the impression that my 2004 buick is basically a lemon, an infinite sinkhole for my wallet and a cash cow for the shop. Result: I want to trade it for a non-GM car. I would refer a friend to the service dealership because they do good work, but I would also recommend that the friend be prepared to get a second opinion before agreeing to repairs. More

That is above and beyond, which puts Al Serra at the top of the list and will bring me back always. This is the 5 car we have bought from this location, every time we have had great service they would listen to what we needed or wanted.
