We are sorry to hear we did not live up to your expectations on your last visit. I can understand a lack of customer service as well as returning to try and repair a new car and the time that takes can be very frustrating. I would like to talk to the Dealer, Jerry Colten directly about your sales and service experiences and do the best we can to try and make it right. Please contact me, Kevin Davis, Marketing Director at kevin.davis@alserracolorado.com and go into more detail as well as send me your name, address, phone number and the rough date you bought your car and the dates it has been into service, as well as names of people you have worked with if you could. I will then bring everything you send me to Jerry and he will give you a call back directly. We appreciate your business and we look forward for the opportunity to correct the situation.

No thank you, I have already been in contact with Jerry Colten, the dealer, and have had unsatisfactory results. I still have issues with my car, some of which service will not even look into any longer. So far there have been multiple oppertunities to rectify the situation but there have been no efforts from the dealership whatsoever.

Drove 3 hours with an add from autotrader on a GMC 1500 ready to buy. Salesman, told me the price was a misprint and would not honor. Bait and switch. Buyer beware. More
