Slowest fast lane ever!! Stopped at "fast lane" for an oil change, greeters didnt even talk to me for 15 minutes, then were extremely rude and told me i had to wait longer. Double Trade In I want to start off that we were very welcomed by everyone that was in the dealership. Greeted with nice smiles and warm words. We then found our sale I want to start off that we were very welcomed by everyone that was in the dealership. Greeted with nice smiles and warm words. We then found our sales man Patrick Sedwick, who walked us thru this whole process. We traded in our car and truck to help lower our bills each month. Patrick put us in the most awesome truck ever at what terms we asked for. I really love this dealership. They do not try to commit Fraud, or put your family into something that would only benefit their pockets just to get a sale. We did not feel pressured to buy or sign anything. I say we drove off the car lot a happy family and happy customers. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to come see them first and let them work their magic. League of extraordinary services Subject: Excellant service I came from Chester, Il to be with my daughter here in Colorado while she delivers her new addition to our families upo Subject: Excellant service I came from Chester, Il to be with my daughter here in Colorado while she delivers her new addition to our families upon getting here I realized my vehicle, a 00 Saturn needed a oil change. My son n law recommended your services. I came up the next morning and was given Excellant and immediate service. I observed my car being brought in to be serviced I watched as a female employee did the service on my vehicle. I observed her takes steps in giving my car a 360 degree check and vacuumed my car after my oil change after which a male employee then brought over my service form and showed me all the was possibly going wrong with my car and then I was told about a Recall on my tail lights which I was unaware of but while I was there I visited the parts department to order the part that was causing me trouble for quite a while, tail light bracket assy. I was then asked if I could bring it in for recall service today at 9 AM. Where I am from if this would have happened I would have been told to come back next week. I brought my car in and the service was completed within an hour. The bracket I ordered I returned because your service staff found my series of problems that earlier in the past caused me to have tail light work. Your staff replaced both brackets by recall and then explained in detail what happened to cause this problem. I've been to other Chevrolet dealers and the recall was not found and other remedies was used to repair this problem which kept a ongoing problem to happen. Put the brake lights on one light would go off one would get bright. Anyway, I am so very thankful to your staff for dismally finding and repairing this problem which I'm sure could have caused me future problems again not just with the issues happening but I'm sure a legal matter as well.
