Was the only car in service write up area. Took 8 minutes for service person to start writing up order. Watch car put on lift, oil changed, placed outside. 32 minutes after the car was driven out minutes for service person to start writing up order. Watch car put on lift, oil changed, placed outside. 32 minutes after the car was driven out they called my name to pay. I feel 1 hour 15 minutes is way to long for oil change when you were not busy. Surely the half hour I wated was a waste of my time. More

Do not buy a vehicle from these people. You will absolutely regret it. They are some of the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. This is my 3rd Chevy Cruz that I have purchased from Al Serra South. On this purchase and on my last purchase I worked with Hap Norris. He is an absolute delight to work with as well as Steve Eling. I have given this dealership a 5 because they were absolutely great!! Our sales person Joshua was amazing, knew exactly what we wanted and made it very easy to buy. Steve the manager was fantastic! I went to AL Serra South to look for a used car. Richard and AK listened to what I wanted for a car. I asked what they had in a new car? They let me see a New Equinox. I fell in love with this car. They too and AK listened to what I wanted for a car. I asked what they had in a new car? They let me see a New Equinox. I fell in love with this car. They took the time to make me feel special. They even backed my new car on to the sales floor and had me drive the car off the sales floor. I love my new car and I thank both Richard and Ak for the care and attention they paid to me. Unforturnately my circumstances were not the most favorable. I had just been involved in a car accident that totaled my car. I had a Chevy Equinox and was very happy with it so I thought I would st favorable. I had just been involved in a car accident that totaled my car. I had a Chevy Equinox and was very happy with it so I thought I would start there. Drove onto the lot to take a gander when I was approached by Josh. He was very laid back and didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He did a great job answering my questions and finding out what I wanted out of my purchase. We spent 3 hours that afternoon test driving and looking at options. Upon leaving I got no high pressure sales pitch. Basically was left at I'll be in touch. I returned the next day to work out details and make the purchase. Working with Josh, Steve and the finance dept was as pleasurable experience as one could ask for. They made happen what I needed to have happen. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back for any future automotive needs. More
