everything could go wrong will go wrong with them over the last months we buy five cars from AL Serra, all five of them had mechanical problems within a few weeks. when we took it for the service they over the last months we buy five cars from AL Serra, all five of them had mechanical problems within a few weeks. when we took it for the service they said everything is fine when is not. until the warranty was expiered. but later on I find out that the sales person JP and the manager STEVE, they are telling them to not fix it and lie to the costumer. Everybody that work there is doing great job IF NOT ( JP SALES PERSON, AND STEVE THE MANAGER). They both lie to costumer. After buying five cars from them ( over $ 80k ). Steve said '' I don't wanna do business with you guys get out of here, I don't wanna see you here any more.'' When I posted on here they replayed with the phone number to call, but it was fake. Terrible service.. Took forever just for an oil change.. I waited 2 hours for just an oil change. The car was done 1:15 minutes in and I had to wait longer for nothing. Disappointed I had an appointment made for an oil change and tire rotation, that didn't seem to matter as I was asked to wait in line and after 5 minutes they fina I had an appointment made for an oil change and tire rotation, that didn't seem to matter as I was asked to wait in line and after 5 minutes they finally came and got my information. I then waited in the lobby for 45 minutes when the vehicle was parked for 15 minutes of the 45. Then when I went to pay, I waited more when no one was behind the counter. The customer service was just poor and if I was staying in town, I would definitely not come back. More

I told Alec that I wanted honesty and it would go a lot further with me then just saying something. I would rather hear a "i do not know, but I will find out for you." He provided exactly that. Alec was friendly and personable but professional at the same time. He made me extremely comfortable and made the purchase a lot easier for my wife and I. Slowest fast lane ever!! Stopped at "fast lane" for an oil change, greeters didnt even talk to me for 15 minutes, then were extremely rude and told me i had to wait longer.
