James was very informative and worked me in when I called. He came out to the waiting area to make sure I found the coffee and etc. after about an hour he came to let me know it was going to be about called. That's very considerate beings he made sure I was aware it may be about 2-2.5 hours for my service before I came in. 2nd time I had it in for a leak in the roof. It’s under warranty but they did not have a loaner for me. They had the car for 48 hours. Hopefully they fixed it this time.
