I was immediately shut down when talking about the needs of the car. It was an instant 'you'll have to go to Land Rover'. Cory failed to ask questions-look up my information or try to help. I've never been of the car. It was an instant 'you'll have to go to Land Rover'. Cory failed to ask questions-look up my information or try to help. I've never been in this position and experienced that type of treatment. Cory also told me their lack of ability to diagnose the car when later ran a FULL diagnostic on the vehicle. Saying 'our system doesn't speak with Land Rover'. Cory brushed me off and provided no support. I've had the WORST experience servicing the car. This was disappointing. More
