From the time I began speaking with my service advisor to the time I paid him and left, it was the most uncomfortable, unwelcoming interaction I think I've ever had with a service advisor, and I'm 53. He never smiled or offered any explanation about anything. I felt like I was pulling teeth when having to ask him about the 16 point service inspection and to understand the paperwork about it. I asked him about my tire tread being low so I could understand how low it was and what that meant. He would only tell me that mine is low, and I need to have new tires at my next visit. I showed him the chart on my paperwork to understand how to read it, and he gave me no explanation at all and just repeated that the tread is low, and that I need new tires at my next appointment. He seemed completely uninterested in helping me in any way. I also showed him the Midtown Kia website where it talked about being a Preferred Customer and receiving discounts on service appointments. I asked him how I can become a Preferred Customer, and he replied that he has never heard of this. It's right there on Midtown Kia's website though. I could say more, but I know you asked for only a few sentences. I was looking for a better service department for my vehicle than Ferguson. Midtown Kia missed the mark terribly altogether. My experience with you makes Ferguson look like a dream come true! More
