I found a lot of 5 star reviews about this place and walked in confident that this is a good place to have repair on my old car. Turns out this was a big mistake. My car has been there over a month because the mechanics did not fix the issue I had and they created several more. They initially replaced a part and told me the car was fixed. The next day during my drive, the car engine stopped repeatedly which never happened before. After a few more failed tries, the car is still not working properly. Now they won't let me have it back until I pay 250 diagnostic fee. Their diagnostics is nothing more than plugging a device to read a code, which is free on AutoZone and other car places. I had enough of their lying, incompetence and exorbitant fees. Stay clear of this place. They just want to take your money and give you headaches. More
Sales rep Key was Awesome. Finance manager not so much. Gave misleading info on interest rate. Also advised me after signing all paperwork that car was ready to go. Came back to pick up the vehicle and wasted another hour going through an unnecessary insurance verification. Finance manager still would not provide the dealer tag. I had a work event to go to so I had to leave again without my vehicle. Was never offered home delivery, so I have to go back again to pick up my car. What should have been an hour long process has stretched into 2 days. Totally disgusted with this dealership. More
