I visited this dealership today and was looking for a potential car to look at. As soon I got to the dealership I was greeted by one of the car dealers. And then later I ended up talking to the assistant manager, who managed to be even more of a jerk, along with the fact he lied to my face. Needless to say I will never consider doing business with this car dealership again, nor will I recommend Dick Dyer Toyota to any honest person with integrity. Don't get me wrong, I know there are not many trusted car dealers out there, but the people at this car dealership ALL struck me as being slimey. Anyone that will lie to my face to ensure a sale will surely lose any potential custumer. And just a suggestion, if you happen to want to test drive a car they will want to do a credit check so be prepared to give them your license, because they say it is Company Policy. I've got good credit, but I don't trust some slimey car salesman with looking at any personal information. Maybe if these car salesman knew what integrity was I would reconsider. More

I've rebuilt three MR2's with Toyota Center's helpful parts guys. As a VERY frequent customer there, they know me by name and give me wholesale pricing.

When I told Kevin I get wholesale elsewhere and asked for at least the trade discount, he said, "Based on what? That I'm a nice guy?" I explained that I am an MR2 enthusiast and was earned my discount at the other place. He said nothing more about it, typed up my info and told me to pay the cashier. I got 15%, but will NOT come back.

Kevin has had a scowl on his face all three times I've had the displeasure of dealing with him. It's as if he's unhappy to have to deal with the customers, or something.

Henry, Wally, John, et al, at Toyota Center always greet me by name and come to shake my hand when I go there. It's worth the drive. More
