Unless Mr. McIntyre can remove this hard inquiry from my credit report that will be there until 2023, then I think both parties have done just about all that can be done. I don't want an apology, but I do want to warn people that this is not an honest place to do business. It's obvious that you will say whatever needs to be said to make a sale. And while that may be good for immediate revenue, it's a poor long-range business model. I'm very impressed with the vehicle. So when my younger daughter needs one in a couple of years, I may buy her a Toyota, too. But it won't be from DD. I hope you are able to see other reviews I've left for places where I've bought vehicles. This is the first one that wasn't five stars. I'm not a complainer just for the heck of it. This was a uniquely bad experience and I regret having to leave a review like this.
