I found the process a bit lacking in communication. I walked into the service area not knowing how to get things started for my appointment. Several people saw me, but just looked on as if I wasn't ther walked into the service area not knowing how to get things started for my appointment. Several people saw me, but just looked on as if I wasn't there. I walking into the dealership and over the parts counter where I was told I needed to pull my vehicle into the doors. I didn't know this and there was a lack of signage to direct me to my first service visit. I scheduled my service through the app so there weren't any instructions from that point either. Once I pulled my vehicle into the service center I was once again met with blank stares and no instructions or greeting. Finally someone came over to me. I was told the service would only take an hour and I should return back in such time. But I would also be called when the work was completed. I arrived back on time and saw my vehicle ready. I also saw my service tech...who saw me...have a conversation with someone and then go to what appeared to be a break room. I went out to the service area where they paged my tech. My vehicle was in fact done and ready to go. My last two purchases with this dealership have been great. My first service experience, not so much. Maybe I came on an off day. Doubtful I will have confidence to return. More

My salesperson, Key, was fantastic. She is the reason I am able to give the dealership any stars at all. But she told me (because the dealership told her) that if I wrote a check for my car, instead of fin am able to give the dealership any stars at all. But she told me (because the dealership told her) that if I wrote a check for my car, instead of financing it, I wouldn't have a hard inquiry on my credit report. I was tired after a long day of travel, so I simply believed that, and signed away. Huge mistake. I woke up to one this morning, anyway. There is zero reason to have a "hard pull" on a credit report if you aren't financing a vehicle. This, plus the "Dick Dyer Addendum," which is really just a way to make customers pay as close to MSRP for a vehicle as possible, have guaranteed I won't be returning to this dealership. I sincerely hope my salesperson goes elsewhere so I can do business with her again, because I genuinely do not believe that she is the problem. I would also like to give kudos to Bob Carter in financing. He offered additional things, but wasn't pushy about them. He's a gentleman and seems like a truly honest broker. I've bought many vehicles in my life, but this is the first time I've ever had to leave a review like this. And I deeply regret it, because I don't like to be a complainer. I do, however, sincerely wish I had gone elsewhere. More
