Sent my wife's 4runner in to get an oil service done and had a disaster outcome with no resolution. The technician installed the O ring improperly causing a major leak. Service manager sent two young techni had a disaster outcome with no resolution. The technician installed the O ring improperly causing a major leak. Service manager sent two young technicians out to check out our car. He instructed them to grab oil and miscellaneous items and try to fix and fill the car up in Wal-Mart parking lot with oil oozing everywhere. Service manager Daniel said the car is fine yet when the technician checked the dipstick, zero oil was seen. They fixed the O ring filled her up with oil and told us it's ready to go after reluctantly towing thretruck to the dealership and claiming to have done a proper inspection. How can we trust that when you literally tried to get your technicians to fix it in the Walmart parking lot and expected my wife to drive the car afterwards. After back and forths ultimately the service manager stated his lot isn't a storage facility and to come get the car with zero guarantee that's they didn't damage the engine. I can't believe Dick Dyer has become this after truly loving there service and their sales team. More
