From start to finish I was very impressed with the service. Everyone went over and above to provide me a vehicle meeting my specifications. Even when the vehicle I was initially quoted on sold, I was service. Everyone went over and above to provide me a vehicle meeting my specifications. Even when the vehicle I was initially quoted on sold, I was provided an alternate vehicle with a few added extras at the same price originally quoted. Then even when they vehicle was not at the dealership when the paperwork was completed, they drove it the next day over 120 miles to deliver it. To top it off, they tinted the windows at the dealership as I requested originally (but wasn't expecting) and left me with nearly a full tank of gas. I will certainly share the good experience we had with Dick Dyer Toyota with friends, co-workers and family and if in the area will certainly involve them in any new Toyota purchases in the future. Made a recall appointment via phone and showed up on time asking for an oil change as well. 3 hours later, they informed me that I didn't have an appointment and that I needed to reschedule...
