Jon is the best person I know there. Instead of just telling me what was wrong he took me back to show me what was wrong and gave me a detailed explanation of why my car was not working. 45 minutes late telling me what was wrong he took me back to show me what was wrong and gave me a detailed explanation of why my car was not working. 45 minutes later o was back on the road driving like new! First time there and my car was properly serviced and the personnel were all very courteous. The waiting area looked a little shabby and dark, but I do recognize we are still in the Covid-19 pandemic and th personnel were all very courteous. My intent was to look at the new vehicles while there, but none were on display. No brochures of the new models were out to browse. I guess everything is online nowadays. Good dealership. John Washington and Trey Martin were pleasant to work with. I will recommend this dealership over other dealers (not all were Toyota’s) that I visited. My experience was horrible! My car was dropped off at 10:40am for a/c service. I left my car at the dealership. Around 4pm that day I called and talked to Jon whom didn't have an immediate update but, th 10:40am for a/c service. I left my car at the dealership. Around 4pm that day I called and talked to Jon whom didn't have an immediate update but, then came back to the line to not only upset me more but, to tell me in the shortest way my car was now being pulled to the back to be serviced. Once looked at he would call me back. Welp! I received a call back 1 hour later to let me know that my option was to 1 leave it overnight or bring it back early that morning. While telling me my car was in a collision bc they seen another color bumper on my car....not ask me but, tell me! And that it's probably the reason my a/c wasn't working properly. My car wasn't in a collision in which I stated to him and Daniel the next day. Daniel was very helpful and willing to help while Jon made excuses. Daniel took ownership of it all. But, back to my story of madness. I have issues everytime I visit this location. My decision was to leave my car overnight. Per Jon he would contact me early morning bc he would come in on his off day due to a load of work. Welp once again no call! So, I called and the rep was to have Daniel call me. Jon lied once again and didn't come in as told the previous day. 2 hours went by, 3 hours went by....so, I decided to pop up at the dealership. Still no answer to what's going on with my vehicle. Daniel then informed me the tech that's working on my car was 10 mins away doing a test drive. Once arrived he could let me know. Finally after another wait...I was told the recharged helped my a/c and that I owed 234$ I was in shock and upset bc I have a warranty on my car that covers it.....I was lied to soooo many times by Jon. Daniel was completely lost as to what Jon said over the phone. Daniel explained that the warranty don't cover if it's not an underlying issue. Ok! I get it......but, as a customer I was inconvenienced to the max! My car was there over 24hours for a issue that could've been resolve in 2 hours......my car was held there for a simple recharge.....my car was overlooked! I remember telling Jon if it's not covered under the warranty and I have to pay please inform me. Well! Jon never gave a clear answer it was always maybe or I don't know. When getting my car that day I had no other choice but, to pay. Even with Jon never giving me a clear answer on pricing. I was too exhausted dealing with this mess. This dealership needs to work on scheduling and when short of staff don't take walk ins. It's not fair to your customers whom keep your business flowing. More
