Mr. John Washington was an excellent sales man. In the past I really dislike going to dealerships due to the unwanted pressure from the sales man. John was great. NOT customer focused. Was told 2-3 hours for service and had to go to the dealership after 5 hours and ask what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle had been done for an hour and a half just sitting the had to go to the dealership after 5 hours and ask what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle had been done for an hour and a half just sitting there with no sort of communication. My original Service Advisor was not on site and the other Service Advisors were not willing to help until I kept asking what was going on. Finally, one Service Advisor got my paperwork and keys to get me on my way, otherwise, I would have likely had to sit there another hour just to get the keys to my own vehicle that was sitting outside and ready to go. Once I got my paperwork, I found out that one of the issues I wanted checked out wasn’t even looked at. Very poor customer service from Service department staff. More
