The work was done properly, but a simple tire rotation and changing of a headlight and signal light should not have taken two hours and fifteen minutes. One issue was that the service tech had to order a signal light bulb from somewhere else, apparently the Toyota service department doesn’t carry TOYOTA parts. My Tacoma was actually finished and waiting for me for the last twenty-five minutes that I was stuck at Dick Dyer Toyota. The problem at this point was that Mr. Victor Torres kept taking care of other customers instead of completing my paperwork. Before this visit I stayed away from this service department for over two years because of how poorly I was treated over a phone call, God willing I will never come back. More
Purchased a pre owned vehicle and declined financing and/or added warranty packages - still spent close to 18K. Felt like my business wasn’t appreciated all and just had an overall “snubbed”feeling; un and/or added warranty packages - still spent close to 18K. Plus, we drove 2.5 hours to make the purchase. Had this not been the car my daughter wanted badly, I would have certainly left and went elsewhere. Would not do repeat business ever. Had to ask for a test drive - even after they had my $1000 deposit. Was told We couldn’t have a walk around of the car because it was being sold “as is”. Yet, we bought a vehicle that still has the OEM warranty left. Bad business practices all around. More

The only thing that was upsetting was the internet price wasnt truly the price of the car. The internet said the price, with the options that included the 84,000 mile warranty But if we wanted that warran wasnt truly the price of the car.
