I can't say enough good things about the service and attention I received from your service department and especially Tommy. I purchased a new Tacoma in early December from Tre Martin, but it did not ha attention I received from your service department and especially Tommy. I purchased a new Tacoma in early December from Tre Martin, but it did not have a bed cover. I purchased a cover off the net and found it difficult to install. After giving up I drove to the dealership at 4:30PM unannounced. Tommy was gracious enough to install the cover immediately and Tre arranged a loaner since the installation time was to be 2-2.5 hrs. The installation was completed much sooner, I think it was close to an hour. After Tommy demonstrated how the cover works and we examined the excellent installation I was on my way. Thanks to the entire team! More

I initially contacted another dealer, Fred Anderson and they found me a car I was looking for, unfortunately it sold over that weekend. They were supposed to find me another similar but really never heard they found me a car I was looking for, unfortunately it sold over that weekend. They were supposed to find me another similar but really never heard back from them. I texted them several times during the next day and really they never got back to me. Finally fed up with Fred Anderson I texted Tori with internet sales and she found me a car that evening. I went in the next day and gave them a deposit, and picked up the car I believe within a couple days. They delivered on their promise and at the price they quoted me. This is second or third car I have purchased through them. No pressure and I recommend talking to Tori, let her find your car and let the rest of the team at Dick Dyer take care of your delivery. More
