Sales team was wonderful. But the management team was horrible. The woman kept going back on what we were already told and lied saying oh the internet prices are not right. Why say we can do almost every horrible. The woman kept going back on what we were already told and lied saying oh the internet prices are not right. Why say we can do almost everything online to save time and then tell us all the internet is wrong. After being there for 7 hours she wanted us to come back tomorrow because she didn’t want to get in trouble because she didn’t know what she was doing. Their website prices my trade in at 27k. She offered 21k. Even at only fair it said 25k. She is a cheat. Said she would end up too negative. That’s not our problem. Don’t advertise things that you are not willing to stand behind. The only saving grace was Mr Newborn. she even left before we were done and locked us all out when we were still doing paperwork and went out to move stuff in the car. She didn’t even sign off on the final paperwork that is required because she just left. She fought us on every thing. Refused to budge on $587.16. That’s why she wanted us to come back over $587. After 7 hours we just gave in because Mr Newborn was such a delight we were too tired to come back and go through it all again. The management was horrible. Really wasted our time and we will not be back or recommend them. I hope Mr Newborn moves to another dealership as we would love to work with him again in April when we will be purchasing a car for our newest driver. More
