Good customer service but car came back damaged The guys at the check in desk were great. I brought my 2016 Tundra in to have tires rotated and picked it up the next day. When I picked up, it ha The guys at the check in desk were great. I brought my 2016 Tundra in to have tires rotated and picked it up the next day. When I picked up, it had been driven 6 miles (someone zeroed the trip odometer to try to hide it) The service ticket falsely reported that it had the same miles in and out. But I had recorded my miles when I dropped off. More concerning was the door damage. Someone had hit something HARD when they opened the drivers door. None of this was disclosed to me when I picked up the keys. I assume an employee didn't have the guts. I was late for work so I didn't raise it. I assume they wouldn't believe me. No proof. Bottom line is that someone with access to my keys drove 6 miles and damaged my car. My alternative is to buy and service my cars elsewhere. More

This week I was able to complete a trade in for my Tundra and leased a new Tacoma as I am very pleased with my new truck and the excellent service that I have always received at this dealership. I would like to mention saleman Bob Blakeslee who I have known for years and is one of the main reasons I continue to bring my business to this Toyota Dealership. In addition, in the past 3 years I have leased a new RAV 4 for my wife and purchased a Corolla for my son. Excellent product and service. More
