Great place to buy a car! They worked so hard to get my price point around where I wanted it to be, and worked incredibly hard to get my new car as soon as possible. Overall a great place and a great experience. Jasmine helped me look at the car and sherri helped me in the finance department. Both were incredibly helpful and kind and answered any and all questions I had. I spent a lot of time looking at (literally) almost a few dozen used cars across several dealerships trying to find the right car for me, and had the best experience at Middletown Toyota. Unlike a lot of other dealerships, they had no issues letting me take the car to a mechanic of my choosing for a pre-buy inspection (even letting me drive it there myself), and Sokol was very helpful and patient. He, Marc, and Sherri were very honest and upfront, and made the entire process very smooth and easy. Marc in particular did a great job with a tricky recall situation, explaining exactly what the situation was and making sure I was set up with coverage while the recall gets resolved. I would highly recommend them, particularly for used cars. Thanks! More
